i dont think it should being that sasuke is a mangekyo sharingan user and he has been shown to be able to break the tsukuyomi. and if madara creates it and has everyone trapped would this possibly set up a madara vs sasuke one on one after sasuke gets his power up? just a thought no harsh replies please

We saw Obito get sucked into Madara's fake world instantly when he decided to show it to him. I think it may go outside the realm of normal doujutsu. If the world is complex enough, Sasuke might not even know he's in it.

Possible, but unlikely against Madara's juubi power I have my doubts that he could break that kind of jutsu. However you never know, with his EMS he might be capable of seeing through the jutsu.

Hell would it even work on the hyuuga clan? They are famed for seeing through genjutsu....
