Would Hanzo make a good kage?

The story between Hanzo and his life style was indeed touching. I honestly don't know what makes him keep going but he wants to united the 5 great nations and bring peace. Sounds legit? So if he were to follow his convitions and his ninja way would he be an awesome kage?
