Would Guy get pissed or jealous?

So let say this guy rly likes this girl would he pissed if his friends are talking about this same girl right in front of him either it be bad ( shes ***** or hot) or good ( she kind and beautiful) or anything else would the guy try to change the topic or would he just let his friend talk about her and the guy friends don't know he likes the girl
also let say guy love this girl would het tell his friend that he loves her or would he keep it a secret espically when he knows his friend are going to mock the shit out of him okay I know this nothing to do with naruto but if u think this way if naruto doesn't tell anyone he loves hinata maybe he does love because naruto is type of guy ho keeps it secret about his love.
But guy I rly need a lot of anser to this as I need to analyse this and see are the answer similar or very different so it be great help
