I forgot that black zetsu can merge with nature and white zetsus can merge together to make a wood style construct. So just maybe they can pose a problem but I’m not seeing them win unless Kaguya is involved with the fight.

Yes...the Spore Technique would be super effective against them. They would be able to steal their chakra/cancel their absorption abilities and give it to Kaguya.

Their Substitute Technique would allow them to perfectly infiltrate the enemy and launch sneak attacks.

Tobi could also steal an opponents body...possibly white Zetsu could do the same, since one tried to encase Neji.

Yet when Naruto tried to make shadow clones Madara said increasing the number of losers wont make a difference. Obito said it's meaningless having more heads if they're as empty. This empty headed Naruto defeated most of the white Zetsu yet Madara and Obito view him as nothing. Momoshiki who can also absorb chakra and jutsu would have no problems against the white Zetsu.

the gedo mazu that madara was linked to created the zetsu because he had both the sages chakra and their perfect for the kaguya species as they dont have jutsu of their own the zetsu are mostly a physical type
