I actually like what the kids look like. When I first saw them I was a little questionable about them but now that I know hows kids they are I am ok with it. I think Kishi wanted use to look at the kids and see both parents in the kid not just one parent. Like Ino and Sai kid, she has Ino's hair and eyes but has her dad's complexion, and his outfit. I will say the names for all the kids made me laugh
