Worst Genjutu User To Face

As we know the two best genjutsu user in naruto is Shisui and Itachi Uchiha.Shisui who went head to head with Ao and Known as ''body flicker'' and the guy who slaughter is whole clan or to make it clear got some help from Tobi Uchiha. Shisui as the most ridiculous genjutsu on the naruto verse know as the Koto Amatsukami or KA,he can control you without knowing but his jutsu can only active after 100 years after he used it. Itachi on the other hand doesnt have that problem and my opinion, the best genjutsu user is Itachi beacause he can cut you on his best genjutsu with only one finger known as ''tsukiyomi'' and his a very talented shinobi but his sickness was a problem to have reserve chakra but apart of that he's insanely dangerous.The two best best genjutsu user which one is the most problem to face against and why.......

shishu, itachi even showed as well as the others in the series like jiraiya,danzo,ao,tobi, and kabuto that shishu was a ery manipulative genjutsu user and can control victims with his eyes well without them noticing even kabuto called it the greatest genjutsu of all time.

also if shishu had the greatest genjutsu tech of all time his shairngan would be skilled and his regular genjutsu would be high anyway.

You can't use tsuykomi without Mangyeko Sharingan.

for me its dragon sagemode kabuto, hakuu geki blinds and paralyzes you while tayuyas sound gengutsu is so strong that even itachi fell under it and needed TWO MANGEKYO sharingan user to break free. tsukyomi is brakable, frog song is blockable and takes forever. 2nd on my list is shisui
