Worst Final Villains in Anime?

Well to honor the bad FV Naruto is having, I'm making this thread.

In your opinion who or what was the worst FV in Manga/Anime history?!

I really disliked the FV from Full Metal Alchemist but Kaguya's probably the worst.

Wow i've watched a lot of series and its so hard to mess up a FV loool, even the ones that are lacking depth and are just hella strong are better than her because at the least they had hype and genuine buildup.

Hitman Reborn had a pretty bad ending in general.

That's because Beelzebub got canceled, they only gave them a few chapters to asspull an ending. (that's the way it is with shonen mangas)

Most animes don't tend to have bad FV. At least not the ones I've watched.

Her not being final villain makes her an even lame and more redundant character :/
