Manyū Hiken-chō is a terrible excuse for an anime series. The whole plot resolves around fanservice; it's appalling.
HOTD and Fairy Tail are other examples of pointless fanservice for the sake of it. You know it's bad when 'armor' sets are nothing more than skimpy costumes.
Claymore wasn't too bad in terms of fanservice. The nudity is somewhat justified within the gore and adult themes. They could have worn some more armor, but mobility > protection. xD
