Personally, the Sakura vs Ino could have been done much better and so could the Pain vs Naruto.

Smh the pain and sasuke fights were not bad quality

Pain looked like that because the animators were trying to convey how fast he was moving. If a human being moved at the velocity Pain did then they would also look similar to how he did. Also the Sasuke fight was pretty clean too.

Always been a secret fan of Pain VS the 6-Tails, animation was insane and captured the hectic, untamed nature of the fight

Well I wouldn't say it was among the best. As far as animation quality goes, the Kakashi and Obito fight was pretty solid.
