world wide Genjutsu question?

Hey everyone. My question is if someone had the same plan as madara and became the jinchuriki of the juubi would they be able to cast a genjtsu akin to infinate tsukuyomi even if they don't have the sharingan but are adept at genjutsu like nagato for example. thoughts?

Nagato wasn't adept at genjutsu...

and no because the only reason Tsukuyomi will work is because only a sharingan user can break it.

Nagato cant se genjutsu and without tsukuyomi i dont think a regular genjutsu would work

Why won't regular genjutsu work and who says nagato sucks at genjutsu. anyone can get foddersized by frog song. even itachi. Inoichi was apparently impressed by nagato's genjutsu skills and and jiraya said nagato mastered yin-yang release.

You need a mangekyou sharingan/ems to cast infinite tsukiyomi.

You then use the ten tails power to reflect the mangekyou/ems on the moon. A non uchiha cannot cast infinite tsukyomi.

Thanks but you miss understood my question. My question is without MS/EMS but with the juubi chakra can one who is adept at genjutsu cast a genjutsu on par with infinate tsukuyomi?
