(very few people have Bonkai. Captains are usally the only ones that have it execpt: Ichigo, Kiskake (former captain), Icacka (Baldy)
(<- these guys have it) only captain that doesn't have a bonkai or a 1rst realese is kempachi. so no it would be a very high ranking soul reaper. But with the exeption of kempachi; all soul reapers have thier first realese, its reqired to have it if you attended the soul reaper acadamy)
