A Special Mission is any mission issued directly by the Mods or someone appointed by them. They can be part of an Event, a series of Missions, or an isolated Mission. In contrast with the rest of the Missions System, the Missions placed in this thread are open to everyone, including non-Villagers.​

✘ KING OF THE HILL

Welcome to the King of the Fall competition! The first Special Mission of it's kind, the premise of the mission is easy: members battle each other for the title of King. For every member you defeat, you gain one point. The member with the most points in the end wins! Sounds simple, right? That's where the twist is - members are able to jump or interfere with fights and enter them, making the battles handicap fights or free for alls!​

✘ RULES OF THE GAMES

The following rules apply:

► Every RPer in the NW can participate, villager, official, or rogue. This mission also, due to it's unique rules, has a special reply limit of 48 hours, or 2 days.

► Starting December 1st, this event lasts until the first of January. This means until 12:00AM GMT -6 New Year's day.

► The entirety of the event takes place upon the back of the Island Turtle landmark in the Land of Lightning. The Island Turtle has been marked with a island long seal across his back that cannot be removed or altered in any way.

► Every 5 ( five ) days, the seal is activated, glowing a bright golden color. What this seal does when activated is force a landmark's changes and environment changes that affect the next battle and ongoing ones. For example, the seal can activate and cause those on it's back to be restricted to main affinities and Taijutsu only and then activates again and force everyone's water jutsu to become 10 damage weaker, or activate yet again and give everyone a resistance to physical attacks of D rank and lower.

►Only one battle can take place at a time. One is able to jump or interrupt an ongoing fight and either join the fight or enter it and start a single bout with someone else. In order to do this, the one who jumps into the fight has to completely counter the attack launched at someone else and enter having attacking either one person or both. This means they cannot simply jump into a fight and allow someone else to take a hit while they jumped.

► Any ongoing fight can have at Max 4 competitors in any combination battling against one another. Points are awarded in fights with three of more members as shown below:

• In fights of where there are 2 members on one or more sides, the points are awarded to both members by splitting the points evenly, even if this creates a fraction of a number.
• In Free for Alls, the points go to the one who ultimately wins even if he doesn't kill every member in the battle.

► When a new person (C) joins or interrupts a battle, the order changes. C is now included in between the person who originally attacked (A) and the person he attacked (B). This puts the order as:

• Normal: A > B > A > B, etc
• Interrupted (after A's second move): A > B > A > C > B > A > C > B > A > C, etc

✘ PRIZES/REWARDS

► The winner will gain permission for a Tailed Beast from 1 Tails to 5 Tails ( with the exception of Three Tails ) or Custom Tenseigan permission.
► The second highest point count will be awarded Sound Release or one of Cali's 7SM sword or advanced Fuuinjutsu.
► Third place will simply be awarded Toad, Snake Sage Mode or Fuuinjutsu training..​

After their clone's defeat, the 3 ninja sighted deeply. Their comrade, the young one, came back a wreck. They felt for him, but knew all to well what awaited him. So did he, as his sweat started pooling around his forehead and neck, dripping onto his garments. A deep booming voice resounded from within the cave they gathered.

You failed the test.

A blazing heat flew from the cave's mouth and, like a raisin, the man dried up with an horrible yelp. The wind kept blowing, scarring the faces of the remaining ninja, but also blowing apart the young corpse, like ash in the wind. When the man appeared from the shadow of the cave, he was revealed to be a massive grizzled bear of a person, with heavy gray beard and a great scar that crooked his mouth into a permanent scar and rose around his bald head. Following him, in stark contrast, was a thin wisp of a man, though his expression was that of utterly confidence. Locking eyes with the remaining ninja, the wispy man showed absolutely no effort as he made the men scream in pitch. When he broke contact, they shut immediately, and, as if in trance, stood up straighter and fell in line.

Maybe now they'll be more of a match.

My puppeteer, let us bring the Eyes of The Accursed Sun into our little organization. They shall know the name of the Artery.

We should probably re-think the name.

✘ THIRD HEADHUNTER GAMES

Once again, welcome to the Headhunter Games! The rules are simple: Kill a ninja and present his head for a bounty. Anyone can join and it doesn't matter whose head you turn in - you can even kill your own Kage and turn his head in ( of course, whatever happens after that is on you - if you get hunted down, we hold no responsibility for that )!

In the last Headhunter Games, the reward was the ability to learn Fuuinjutsu as well as one chance to create a Custom SM. This time, the rules are different as well as the rewards. With members separated into two tiers, there are TWO sets of prizes for members with​the main prize this time being a selection of a Tailed Beast from 1 to 8! Now, don't get carried away, it won't be as easy as last time!​

✘ RULES OF THE GAMES

The following rules apply:

► Every Rper in the NW can participate, villager, official, or rogue.

► Starting August 13th, this event lasts until the thirteenth of September. This means heads must be turned in by that date otherwise it will be invalidated, even if the fight is ongoing.

► You can only deposit one head and you can not change it once deposited. This means that you will need to think hard about who you will target because you only get one shot at this.

► The value of the person's head is determined by his added kumi; using the

to determine this. For example, an Official Sage bio that has a 7SM sword, MS, and Sound will have a bounty of 2800 Turning this in would secure your positioning at 2800. In addition to this, Village Officials have a value of +350 and a Kage has +500 for the games.

► The head has to be recognizable and really 'physically' removed. So it's not just about winning the battle and than saying you have his head, if you destroyed the bio with some large scale attack, well then there is no head and thus doesn't count. This also means that one cannot try to use abilities like Genjutsu to "trick" someone into thinking you have submitted a head when you haven't.

► The place where you have to deposit the heads is located at the Bohemian Grove, an altar located on Taro Island. After turning in the skulls, you post in this thread after reaching Taro Island.

► Previous winners of the last HHG cannot participate.

✘ PRIZES/REWARDS FOR S - CLASS TO SAGE

► The skull with the highest value will gain a Jinchuriki bio of their choice from the One Tails to the Eight Tails, excluding existing Bijuu, OR basic Fuuinjutsu permission and 1 rank increase up to Kage rank OR one of the 7SM Swords and Kinjutsu, choosing one of the three prizes.
► The second highest deposited skull will be awarded Medjutsu permission, 1 rank increase, OR Custom SM/myth contract, choosing one of the three.

First Annual Trick-or-Treat Event

☢ TRICK-OR-TREATING

Welcome to the first ever Trick-Or-Treating event in the NW! This event, lasting from the 17th until the 31st, is a two week long event where members will solve riddles in order to trick-or-treat at specific locations. Instead of candy, however, participants will be able to choose from a prize pool provided below. Of course, the prizes are given out on a first-come basis, so you'll want to start solving them immediately!​

☢ RULES OF THE GAMES

The following rules apply:​

► Every Rper in the NW can participate, villager, official, or rogue.

► Starting October 17th, this event lasts until the thirty first of October. This means participants must be within the correct landmark with any required item (s), and have done any action(s) required by this date.

► In order to discourage cheating/having members simply following someone else,only the first people to solve each riddle will gain a prize.​

► Every part of the riddle must be solved in order to qualify for a prize even if you make it to the final location, if you haven't completed each part of the riddle, you may not qualify for a prize. This may include going through specific landmarks, bringing certain items, or completing certain tasks along the way. The first riddle is based upon the Naruto/Boruto series while the second is based on the RP. Because of having to possibly travel anywhere, most travel rules have been suspended and travel to any landmark only requires the normal one hour and being adjacent to others.

Riddle 1:

The dark night and bright day stand on opposite ends
Staring down the shadow of death, no chance to amend
Chasing after their foes through the second stage of death
Snuffing out all light at the sounds of children's dying breath
On all Hallow's Eve, the death toll begins to mount
Rush more towards the leaders with lucky number to count
The place where the leaf of the land turns envious and green
Is where you shall rise or fall on this happy Halloween​

Riddle 2:

The final day of the 10th month, I'll disappear
The only way you'll find me again is in the following year.
Your journey begins on a hellish pass,
Drenched and dreary you'll walk the path,
Then you must find where the water runs black,
Tread lightly, for you might be subject to attack
Submerge yourself, in the darkness you'll bathe
Stronger you'll emerge, to then seek your final fate
A beast must guide to where sons of God and the daughters of men await
They sleep where you tear and scrape, and lie unchained by gates.
They hunt for mortals worth more than gold
Enter their lair as the mystery unfolds​

☢ PRIZES/REWARDS

► The two winners may select either: any one permission up to Tier 4 abilities ( Tier 5 includes Six Paths bios only and Yin-Yang Release ), a 7SM Sword ( a Tier 3 ability ), OR a free two rank increase up to Kage rank.

It was the bang heard around the world, an event that caused the world itself to quake from the impact. A lone bright light shone in the Sky as it grew brighter, speeding theough the atmosphere before bursting into several gigantic beams of light spreading out across the world. What could these lights be? What could they represent? The lights seemingly vanished as soon as they come but who could they be signaling?

Only Kage ranked individuals are capable of attempting and only when notified will they be able to, detailed OOC to them. When relevant, details will be disclosed to individuals.
