With some advantages. It's definitely not impossible. Having to kill her own mother could give MS for example. She's not really on par with Tsunade either as Tsunade has like 6 more techs & created most, if not all herself.

People seem to forget that a base Hokage Naruto was having a little trouble fending off Boruto's attacks in Gaiden. So i'd put Boruto at high Chūnin if not Jōnin level. He can definitely beat any team 7 member before VotE2.

Mitsuki doesn't have enough feats to say, but seeing as he's Oro's kid and is stretchy, he can probably be mid Chūnin level.

Together I can see them potentially taking down Part 1 Kakashi when he isn't using his Sharingan and they definitely beat Zabuza or Haku.

Actually the strongest person Bolt can beat with feats, would be early Part 2 Sakura who fought with Naruto against Kakashi. So yeah, they as a team could beat a range of shinobi in this Manga. Not that far though..
