if she was truly ommipotent, there wouldn't be any need to go that far out of the way just to deal with an uprising. One would think someone significantly more powerful than Rikudou Madara wouldn't need a genjutsu just to have that lvl of control of everyone. From where i stand right now, it really just boils down to either her power is overrated, she's just stupid, or Kishimoto really screwed the pooch beyond his normal standards. There's just a lot about this whole thing that makes no sense whatsoever right now.
