I'm going to say Wood Release. Even though Dust is a kekkei tota and combines more elements, Wood has been demonstrated to be able to be used in some sort of fuinjutsu technique, as demonstrated by Yamato, being able to restrain the Kyuubi inside Naruto (although only through the Jade necklace but his abilities pale in comparison to Hashirama's techniques so maybe he didn't need them, also Wood release is played out as more important in the series)
