Wood style? Why is big deal?

I can't see why everyone is so damn impressed with the Wood Style... the wood isn't the strongest material... OK, probably its a bit more interesting if a high level shinobi uses it like Hashirama or Madara, but on Danzo's and Yamato's level its just boring... nothing special...
The Boil Release is much more better and easy can defeat the wood, and the Scorch Release and the Blaze Release also can destroy it...

What makes woodstyle so impressive is the boost it an give to weakling/mediocre ninjas to top elite bad@ss.

Much of a threat to fight the five nation
