who saw the battle? not i. not you. not ANYONE. we DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED. by your logic i can say sasuke > itachi cos he won, right? and gaara > kimmaro cos he won right? and sasuke > bee cos he won right?

We know what happened in the Sasuke vs. Itachi fight, which makes that point invalid. Gaara vs. Kimmimaro was due to Kimmi's (lol) illness and it was TAKA vs. Bee, not SASUKE vs. Bee. U_U

reanimated = dead but able to walk around. the body that madara is residing in is dead. kabuto recalled his soul from the pure world, and put it in a dead body. but madara himself still died. everywhere you go you hear the characters say kabutos making tools of the dead and the dead people want to rest in peace. despite being freed itachi still said he was dead. so what more evidence do you need that edos are dead?

but would you know what happened unless the manga showed us step by step? we did not see hashirama vs madara. for all we know it was hashirama AND mito AND his personal senju guards vs madara. for all we know madara had an illness. for all we know madara had the chance to cut hashiramas head off and went for his cells instead kind of like danzo vs sasuke where he could have killed him but chose to lecture him about itachi

if i said right now "itachis dead. sasuke won" youd go "BLHIDHAIWFAFHIZSDHIAEG HE WAS SICK KIHIHOAFHAWOFHOWA HE WASNT TRYING" wouldnt you? but pretend you didnt see the fight at all, that it was off paneled by kishi and all we got was that statement. would you or would you not believe sasuke had won in a completely fair fight vs full power itachi?
