The sun beamed through the lush forest emitting its rays in a variety of shapes onto the ground. A light wind blew causing the leaves dance in its embrace. A rather warm day yet a very important one. Beneath a large oak tree that spreads a few meters above the forest, stood a young man. His dark hair and onyx colored eyes easily set him apart. Sasuke Uchiha. A legend of sorts. He had a meeting with one individual, a lady from afar. He did not know much about her however, he did know that he would teach her about something that he normally would shift to someone else. Wood Release.
The famed element of Hashirama, now became a commodity it seems. Easily gathered it seems. For those who got their hands onto Senju DNA. Sasuke couldn't help but be reminded of the old sly snake, Orochimaru. Nonetheless, that was in the past. Sasuke folded his arms as he awaited his student. From afar, he saw a shadow. His eyes pierced through the obstacles, and it was her. A powerful chakra signature coupled with an odd aura about her. Perhaps the rumors were true. She practiced the darkest of Kinjutsu..Sasuke was the only capable of handling her. As well as keep an eye on her as he taught her the ways of Wood Release. The secrets of Hashirama would be closely guarded. Ironic, that an Uchiha would protect the will of the Senju. His eyes focused onto her as she stopped. With a clear and stoic voice, Sasuke exclaims;
"Wood Release, you've come to learn it. Tell me, what do you know about it?"
Her knowledge would easily be tested with this question alone. Her chakra already showcased a powerful Shinobi. Even more so, once she gains mastery of Wood Release.

It was a nice setting for once, Lena admired that in her head but her emotions objected to work with her facial expressions as she looked as bored as ever to others. She stepped into rays of light and then out of them into the shadows of the leaves, walking towards her destination she was to meet with a shinobi; famous...infamous? Depended on your perspective of life and morals. Though that she didn't care for, he was strong and that's what she needed in her teacher. After capturing this head, ripping it from the Wooden Hero that always had a smile upon their face. Obviously until they ran into her.
She felt her heart beat with excitement, the idea of training to become stronger, to protect and to arrive in the nick of time. Personality traits she had picked up from the heart she had reaped that she could not deny, it came with the ability to take. The consequences; that you receive more than you hoped.
Uchiha's were famed in the Sharingan, and he spoke to her without even being introduced. As soon as she stepped into his peripherals she was caught in the training and so it began at that very moment with no hesitation. This man she had a connection with, their bloodline - or whatever proper blood she had left was that of the Uchiha. She did not show her Sharingan however, she was here for different business. Wood Release, and that was the business he was here for too.
"I've rarely come across user's of Wood Release, this one was a fighter however, tough, versatile and deadly. The element wood is like earth in that it uses the ground or comes directly from the user. It's a stern element with properties that allow it to combat chakra with high ferocity; Bijuu Chakra. The element can also deal different kinds of damage, it can be splintered and spiked to penetrate key organs or parts of the body or can be used as pure brunt force to knock people out of to collide with other objects of brute strength. It also has great capabilities for binding targets in place or just construction in general. I think when I learn to use this element I'll be able to use it for many things - I have a few supplementary uses already lined up."

It seems she had indeed gained it through...unorthodox methods. Sasuke's eyes remained fixed on her as she gave her explanation. Confident, she seemed. Perhaps one day they would meet in combat. Sasuke was intrigued to say the least. Nonetheless, her description was valid and it seemed she understood what she was talking about.
"Yes, the Wood Element is well known for its versatility. My ancestor, Uchiha Madara, fought his rival, Hashirama quite often. Despite his..visual prowess and general combat skills, Madara had difficulty taking down his Senju adversary. This was due to the Wood Element. It would creep through every defense, bind every danger and easily dismantle any obstacle. It was an extension of Hashirama's will. Or so the stories go. That very same power, now rests..with you."
Sasuke says, as his eyes beam red. Removing his hands from his pockets, and stepping forward from his leaning position against the large oak tree, Sasuke looks at his student.
"As you well know, I am Sasuke Uchiha. I will be teaching you of the Wood Element. Unlike others, my teaching methods consist of interaction as well as visualization. Watch closely."
He says, as he focuses a large amount of chakra between him and his student. From nothing, a dark golden flame manifests. Its edges dark yet its center golden-brown. It swirls through the air and fills the area before them. Suddenly, it takes shape. The flame manifests into a large pole, seemingly made of Wood.
"Your first assignment is to form a wooden pole. Focus within the Earth before you. You may use the trees too. However, using Earth as a medium makes it easier. Find the particulates within it, focus on it, and think of growth. Life. Ironically, I am using Yin Release to showcase an element that is arguably very Yang based. The larger irony being that an Uchiha is teaching about the Senju. Nonetheless, focus and shape it. A staff.."
He continues, as the flames shifts its form as he speaks.
"..perhaps a projectile like shuriken, a sword, a knife..or even an inanimate man."
The flames form into an odd man like shape.
"This can all be done with Wood, through manipulation. Now focus."

The man spoke of strong figures of the past, Wood Release was a famed element and Lena was lucky to have it - overcoming her enemy was a great feat that even Madara Uchiha struggled with. Though Hashirama Senju was another level as well. She seemed to be put in a situation where she was to match this man, though that might be difficult in such a short time. Yet she had a long time to perfect her skills. Anyway, a Task was given to her to perform - though because a name was shared she thought it best if she did the same.
"Lena."
She watched as her task and goal was shown to her straight away, this made it easier to visualise what she needed to create - that coupled with the fact that she had learned a whole new element through her Heart before made this process similar. Lena clapped her hands together and focused, closing her eyes she focused on this new heart - chakra siphoning with it as she let it beat to it's heart's content (ha). A shroud formed around her as it did everytime she tried to tap into the potential of a newly claimed asset and her hair whipped against the air. Now that she could feel the heart beat with her as one Lena visualised a creation in her head - chakra moulded with the heart channelled into the ground as it pooled in front of her. An intricate Halberd came to mind, it's shaft decorated with etchings and it's axe like head marked with the Kanji of Mokuton. The earth's particles separated and reformed by the chakra began to give birth to the long shaft first, slowly rising from the ground until the tip reached eye level. From then on it began to rise more, forming the deadly bladed head of the Halberd. Lena's hair calmed down and her eyes slowly opened, the aura around her going as she let out a breath. Though she quickly took a step forward and grabbed the Halberd in both hands, spinning it overhead before pointing it forward at no real target.
"Hmph!"

She was skilled, and capable of utilizing the element with ease. She was capable of following instructions quite well and without a doubt, is the reason she had gained so much power. Sasuke kept an eye on her as she performed the tasks.
"In the same way you performed that technique, you are capable of utilizing most of Wood Release in that way. Its fairly simple. Here are some of the techniques you just utilized."
The flame rapidly changed shapes, as Sasuke stood with his arms behind his back and walked toward Lena.
"Lena..interesting name. You look familiar..As does your chakra. It seems oddly..familiar. Nonetheless, like I stated before, Lena, Wood has an amazing capability of being versatile. Be it being able to form Wood itself around you into an intricate armor or being able to create stumps of wood to propel you into the air, the capabilities are near endless. It all depends..in your creativity."
Sasuke says, as the flames becomes larger and larger, and forms around his very being. Intricately shaped, a visual representation is formed around Sasuke in the form of an Oni Armor. Complete with the mask, as well. From beneath him, two large stumps emerge, and lift him into the air, where he stands, arms crossed.
"Create your own armor, and get up here. Remember the basics. Focus into the Earth and manipulate it with great detail. Much less crude than Earth and more flowing like Water, Wood Release requires a softer touch."

Lena wondered if she should mention the fact that she had unlocked her Sharingan recently after his short monologue about her being familiar, though she did want to just move along with Wood Training and not get sidetracked. Though she figured she may as well say something at the end of the training instead.
"Alright then."
Lena tapped into her unlocked potential again, her heart beat as she was starting to use it's Element, the familiar chakra's of Earth and Water came together to work her heart yet again she just channelled this chakra into the earth around her. Wooden pillars begin to rise from the earth in various areas and move upwards to wrap around Lena, the wood moved really fluidly up and encased her body.
The Wooden pillars wrapped tightly around her before forming in certain areas of her body, patterns formed on the plating and the wood broke apart so that she could manoeuvre in the armour. The Armour was quite detailed, swirled patterns on her breasts and etchings over her shoulder pads. The Chest piece didn't cover her belly and she still had quite a bit of skin showing, but this was her preference and made easier for Dark Threads jutsu to be used - it was her style, she just wanted to make it look good rather than practical. She continued to manipulate the wood, more simpler than making the armour she would create wooden pillars again directly under her feet which lift her high into the air, joining Sasuke at eye level as the Wood continued to stream out of the ground.

"Indeed, good usage of it. While it doesn't seem all too useful now, utilizing Wood for a variety of purposes especially when trying to infiltrate somewhere can prove to be extremely beneficial. Furthermore, Wood not only enhances the capability of being so versatile, but also in close combat."
Sasuke states, as he manipulates the energy acting as his way to showcase the versatile element. The flickering golden flame quickly forms around Sasuke's arm as he pushes it forward. Suddenly his arm is formed into a large pillar of wood.
"This could allow you to slam into individuals or.."
Sasuke maneuvers the Wooden arm through Lena, as it is merely an ethereal form, it causes no harm.
"...slice right through them, depending on how the wood is made. Offense isn't the only solution Wood offers, but also defense."
The Wooden arm retracts and forms a large shield covering Sasuke as he bends down into a defensive position behind the Yin creation.
"Due its fluid nature, the Wood allows for a combination of offense and defense at a quick switch. Now, think fast."
Sasuke says as he leaps off the Wooden block and launches a barrage of kunai at Lena. Due to his Sharingan, these fly with great precision and could cause harm if left to their vices.

This time was different, watching Sasuke utilize the wood directly from his body as if he became wood himself. Lena needed to do something similar in such a quick time frame, moulding the chakra already built up within her she instead of releasing it into the ground channelled it through her body. She stretched out her left arm and spreads out her hands. The Wood utilizes her skin, manifesting from it as if they were both one, growing straight from the surface and out of her body the lively element erupts and engulfs her hand.
Instead of going straight forwards the wood splits up and arms arounds Lena, bridging the gaps between the wood so that it created a half a sphere and the wood came between the Kunai, thwacking it with some force. Lena then shakes her arm, the wood just sticking out of it, she looked at it with a very puzzled look.
"How do I turn this off?"
The Wood retracts back into her skin seemingly, leaving the kunai to just drop down towards the ground. The process was similar to her dark threads when retracting the wood as well.
"Ah."
She looks down, towards Sasuke who had jumped off the block. Lena jumps off too and lands on the ground.

"Very good, it seems you have a knack for this. Now, in order to utilize Wood to its best capabilities you should be able to form it into structures of different sizes and uses. One such use would be forming a hide out, perhaps you're alone out in the world.."
The golden flame manifests into a small home, with both Sasuke and Lena inside it.
"..or more ominous, a trap. To capture those who seek to harm you."
The house transforms into bars, thick enough to hold anyone within.
"Set some wooden guards outside and leech the chakra of the ones inside the prison. Perhaps that's how you operate. The possibilities..are quite a few. Feel free to try them out."
Sasuke says, as the home now transforms into what seems to be a large snake aiming to make its way toward Lena and devour her.

With the Snake manifested and now heading towards Lena, she came up with an idea instantly that had been aided in seeing what Sasuke had produced from his flames. She would have to focus her abilities this time to create something so intricate and stronger, performing the Ram → Ox → Boar → Snake she forms a wooden prison from the ground - pillars sprout out around the snake, catching it in the middle. The Bars squeeze and compress the snake at it's neck and then further down at it's tail - subduing it's mid-section in the center of the prison. The Wood links together above and below the snake and halts it from moving close to her.
"So can the Mokujin attack or do they just mimic movement? I don't see how they'd be too useful to fight this snake."
Lena watched as the Snake struggled to move from being constricted by the wooden pillars she had formed.

Lol Good old fashion Wooden Stocks to imprison people, be quite funny to bind someone in one of these or yourself for RP purposes; like if you were to spring a trap for example. Easy to counter in general, but the stocks is quite an old fashioned unique kind of restraint. Not much else to say.
Second one is a technique that goes well with the first or another restriction-type jutsu. A ring of spikes that rise up around a target with the tips pressed against them so they can't make any sudden movements, best for pressing against vital points like the neck, eyes, vital arteries. Good technique for stopping hand seals too if you've already got 'em captured.
The next two jutsu are almost Taijutsu related wood techniques, which I do like myself even if they are only C-Rank and quite weak;
I extend my arms focusing my wood chakra into my hands whilst splitting it an manipulating it, creating a wooden structure directly from my hands looking like my hands are becoming wood and have merged with it as it extends as two pillars from my hands. The wooden pillars twist around each other, extending up to mid range until it hits my target from range, crushing into it's gut and sending it into the ground. I pull my arms away and separate my hands from the wood.
I perform a spinning upwards uppercut with my right hand whilst also manipulating the wood to erupt from the ground, channelling the moulded wood chakra through the earth. The uppercut becoming a hand gesture command for the pillars.
"SHORYUKEN!"
The Wooden pillars erupt from the earth, intertwining around each other as they hit the target in the gut and launches them up & backwards - sending them flying a few feet across the terrain.
I perform a spinning upwards uppercut with my right hand whilst also manipulating the wood to erupt from the ground, channelling the moulded wood chakra through the earth. The uppercut becoming a hand gesture command for the pillars.
"SHORYUKEN!"
The Wooden pillars erupt from the earth, intertwining around each other as they hit the target in the gut and launches them up & backwards - sending them flying a few feet across the terrain.

Pretty simple technique that is designed to launch the opponent into the air from below using wooden pillars, great and quick technique to use to interrupt someone and suddenly turn the tide onto your advantage. It also throws them into the air, so combo with a wind or lightning technique would be pretty cool.
Oops I've already performed this technique through the ordinary (Mokuton No Jutsu) - Wood Style Technique before. However this is a stronger version so I guess it would be the better alternative when restraining someone if one of the two had to be picked.
I actually like this technique a lot, seems quite versatile for CQC but also has a bit of range if they're not directly in front of you. The range says short, but I suppose if you grow it and then throw it, it becomes long as per the description. Also the fact you can further have it grow at long range remotely is pretty cool, a small wooden kunai could suddenly before a large flurry of branches that would surely catch the opponent off guard.
Wood Clone version of the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu. It can only perform, Wood, Earth & water jutsu however. Obviously abides to the rules where chakra splits the users in half, but it's more durable than a normal clone being made of wood. It also has a special advanced usage where you swallow a seed and can track an enemy which has (im assuming) has swallowed or been implanted with a seed off the clone.
I have a question about the Wood Clone, because my biography has Sharingan and others that have wood usually can't - due to the last sentence in the description does that mean the Wood Clones I make have Sharingan active as well and can use Sharingan Eye Techniques?

Is this ability or Lena or on another Sharingan bio? if it's one Earth Grudge bio then the hearts are separate and I don't think a clone made by one heart, would posses the eye of another. however, if the Sharingan bio is not on custom kakuzu, then yes.
