Wood release is Bloodline limit or not......?

I knw that it is a BLL but there are some ppl in NB that thinks WS isn't a BLL so I just want to prove them wrong so plz telme ur openion abt this and also post ur openion abt the ppl who thinks that WS isn't a bloodline limit.......

I believe Mokuton is a Kekkei Tota (bloodline selection). Water+Earth+Yang since yang is "physical energy" that you can use to breathe life into form. (Since Naruto's KM is Yang part of kyuubi, it reacted to white Zetsu)
