The Wood Dragon restricts the Bijuu's chakra. Madara attempted to restrict BSM Naruto's chakra but in the end it failed.

Also for Naruto to be ripping 7 Wood Dragon's legs off is legendary. The man has truly grown up.

A Bijuu can fight against another Bijuu no problem they are basically the same entity its when you go up against people like Madara who uses Hahi's cells it becomes more difficult but now the Current Naruto has mastered that.

Madara didnt do the Dragon better than Hashirama; thats impossible; he only has a portion of the original's power. Hashirama restrained 100% Kurama with his and had to take a full powered Bijūdama to stop it where Naruto just slipped out of Bijū Mode.
