Please show me the durability feats of a kage bunshin, None have survived as long as that & madara nearly got split in half so keep that in mind when looking.

Hmm, you have a point here but what about Kakashi's raiton kage bunshin that was fighting Deva and Asura then during a long time?

We never saw when Kakashi made the RaiBunshin. So we can't make a final decision on its abilities.
