How come the Ninja Alliance still has the Chakra cloat on when Kurama's been taken and naruto is dying?
Could this have any meaning?

Maybe because Minato still has the other half or it just stays until it runs out.

I guess by the way Naruto transferred it, it became like their chakra, until they use all of it...
