Kinda sad, especially when you know that they already have the cure to cancer aka the big pharm companies worst enemy, because they would lose so much money from one cure,(albet there are various forms of cancer).

Yeah, knowing that you'll die in a few months... wow damn lucky father. *facepalm*
Would be a little trolly if in the end the dad didn't die and the wedding was useless. However, nice effort. Really makes up for the possible upcoming death!

However, knowing that I'd die in a few months... I don't think anything in this world could get me happy anymore.
I think the same thing thought the dad too, but I guess he didn't want to be a negativist.
