I didn't acknowledge anything. Saying white's constantly call the cops doesn't mean there is a rise in a trend, it just means the behavior is constantly happening. Bending words and mental gymnastics. You claimed that the trend is rising, I acknowledged the trend exists. Two different things.

The black crime rate isn't supposed to be as high as the white crime rate and it is in fact higher, because one group is only 12% of the population with the other being over 50%. If you remove black men that are incarcerated, too old, or too little to commit serious crime, you've got a population below 5% committing the majority of crime in America.

Yes, we get arrested more. We have more police patrols because we have more violence. More violence invites more police which leads to people who are merely smoking weed getting arrested and sentenced in those communities much more than those in white communities. Black men are actually killed less than white males statistically due to population differences, with most encounters not resulting in death. Like I said before, blacks have a lower population but a higher rate of crime, of course we're going to be arrested and sentenced more.

I'm going out on a limb and I'm going to assume you're not black, so it's easy to assume our communities are like yours and that cops just like to come to our communities more because they're evil and racist. Our communities are extremely dangerous and we have a lot of criminals running around, believe it or not. An unreasonable and disproportionate ammount of black kids you meet can name an immediate relative that's been incarcerated. I've been locked up, my brother has, my father has, and so has my grandfather.

I've seen the crime first hand, and I know how far stretched it is. It afflicts Atlanta, cities in California, New York City, Florida. Everywhere where we are, it exists but acknowledging is apparently racist.
Bro I literally just gave you the numbers. Black people have a smaller population than white people.

When averaging out the population, the rate of crimes between whites and blacks are identical, yet black people are incarcerated and killed more than white people for the same rate of crimes, even though they have a significantly smaller population.

Your experience doesn't refute the data of the entire country. Just because you've witnessed a few crimes doesn't mean you are aware and keep track of the overall crime rates of the population.

Here:

Blacks were disproportionately likely to commit homicide and to be the victims. In 2008 the offending rate for blacks was seven times higher than for whites and the victimisation rate was six times higher.

Simply put, blacks are over-represented in violent crime. When police move on violent people, use of force and injury/death resulting from it is more likely.

Granted, police departments wield a large amount of authority within society, and have a great potential for abuse. However, this tends to be less racially motivated and simply a sort of predator-prey relationship where those most vulnerable to exploitation by police are exploited. Again, blacks may be over-represented in this category, but that doesn't translate to "the police just hate black people."

Example "Driving while black" - many lower income areas do not buy cars from dealerships or other such things. They simply buy cars from friends, neighbors, or off of online rummage sales. If these cars have been used by people trafficking drugs or other such things in the past, then they are flagged as possibly being used to traffic drugs in databases, and police are more likely to stop people driving these vehicles.
There was a person I knew who was into some ... not good things. There was one time he was stopped for doing more than 30mph over the speed limit. He was let go with a warning. Why? Because, in America, when the police arrest or fine a person very frequently and leave a record of being dinged for many minor infractions - then a much larger criminal violation (such as possession with intent to distribute) can be challenged and thrown out on the basis of harassment. In other words - they knew exactly some of the things he was into, and wanted to catch him with a big enough crime to land him.
Different cultural groups interpret these things differently. His family pretty much told him exactly what the deal was and that he was about to get his ass nailed if he didn't knock it off. He wasn't stopped for "driving by the trailer park" - he was stopped because he broke a traffic law... and was let go for something most people would be fined for because they wanted to catch him for a bigger crime.

I don't particularly agree with this tactic, and I'm not really sure how to address it. In some ways, yes, the police are hunting the criminals of society - but the goal of the law and its enforcement is also to try and improve society. Allowing people to make a series of mistakes to nail them for a much larger mistake that could potentially be averted... would be nice to try and figure out how to make that more of a thing. There are people who are genuinely out to harm those around them, and then there are people who are in a destructive cycle of behavior. Ultimately - the law is the law and it exists to put a stop to behaviors which can't be tolerated within functional society.
