That's awful. I don't like animals, but I can't believe someone would actually hurt one, and kill one. That's just wrong. I'm glad one survived though.

I am a vegetarian, and my wife is vegan. Just because there are f**ked up people that treat other living beings horribly doesn't mean that the rest of the people should sit back and accept it. That is in fact the exact opposite of what should be done. Most people that eat meat btw only do so because of their lack of understanding as to the damage it does to a human body. Ever since people started genetically changing animals and feeding them strange hormone/antibiotic concoctions they haven't been safe for human consumption. Even then the smartest people that ever lived were either vegetarian or vegan... Einstein, Darwin, both vegetarian.

Don't take this as a slam or insult, but as some healthy advice. Eat less meat, hurt less living things. Be a better person.

We all know animals and humans alike get hurt and die everyday; it's part of the circle of life.

However, animals are creatures that, for the most part, live based on survival instincts. We humans have more free thinking abilities than an animal does, therefore it's wrong to kill one unless they were attacking you.

It's not the fact that the animal was killed, it's the fact that the animal was beaten for no good reason. Your comment leads me to wonder if you supported her decision.
