Thank you for your participation in the 2014 TeamBackpack Auditions. We have watched your submission and believe that you may have what it takes to be in an official TeamBackpack cypher! Congratulations! We would like to invite you to Mission Underground Los Angeles (MULA) on May 16 & 17th of this year to be a Live Audition finalist and partake in the second round of the TBP audition process, which occurs on Day 1 (May 16th). If you are chosen for the cypher, you will be part of the Official TeamBackpack Cyphers on Day 2 (May 17th) of Mission Underground alongside some of the biggest names in independent hip-hop.
Over the last few years, TeamBackpack has received continuous recognition from hip-hop figureheads such as Sway and Tech (Wake Up Show, MTV’s Rapfix Live, MTV News), well known magazines (The Source, XXL, Vibe), notable hip-hop blogs (2dopeboyz, The Fader, Rap Radar, Hiphopdx.com, VladTV), strong independent labels (Funk Volume, Strange Music, Suburban Noize) and the largest North American hip-hop festivals (Rock The Bells, A3C).
