I didn't say it was, but the chakra of Naruto's attack disrupted her control, and it came out "not under her orders". Hence "that" Juubi being the villain atm. Kaguya or not though, that is still the Juubi being in that form and all. So by that chronological order it's safe to assume the antagonist will shift to Madara, before finally Sasuke.

It seemingly is; right before Nagato preformed it Konan said, "But if you use 'it' with that low chakra, you're sure to die." This implies that he probably could have survived if he had full/more chakra.

Madara didn't know about the Zetsu aspect and we're talking if that aspect did not exist. They can live forever connected to the tree like Madara did. So procreation is unneeded as it purpose is to keep a species from dying out. Besides the ninja system is crap, you can live forever in happiness and there would be no more conflict.
