That would change a lot of things:

• Madara and the Uchiha may not have been able to put up an adequate fight against the Uchiha meaning the structure of Konoha would be quite different
• Sasuke might have been captured and imprisoned at the meeting of the Kages
• Edo Madara might have already been beat by the five kages

I'm sure there's many other things. It's like asking what would happen if Bijuu didn't exist.

You guys diss the uchihas too much I mean throughout the whole series it's been showed that they have no equals. I've been on naruto since I was 10. The power that they show does not surprise. Imagine DBZ without people having the ability to absorb or transform.

A Naruto series without Susanoo? Oh you mean like how it was before the Sasuke VS Itachi fight? Give me a break people, I don't know why some of you act like Naruto couldn't exist without this OP jutsu. In my opinion it was alot better before people started hiding inside this cheap ass living shield that makes people nearly invincible. If it means Itachi, Sasuke, and Madara had to step up their game to seem like an adequate threat I'd prefer it rather them chilling out in the safety bubble that is Susanoo.
