If teleporting kurama takes only 10% of his chakra and if Kurama is 100 times bigger than a person then without a doubt Minato can teleport a thousand. you can't use math or do calculating to know how much power the anime/manga characters have or lose, it's impossible.
and there are many ninjas in the battlefield and they are moving or doing action differently, it's very difficult to teleport them without any power-up
