without KKG , IMO TOP 10 ninjas are :-

1-Surely BSM naruto
2-BM minato
3-3rd Raikage
4-kakashi
5-DSM kabuto
6-Kisame
7-Gaara
8-SM jiraiya
9-Orochimaru
10-Hiruzen

ADDITIONAL 5

NOTE :- Tobirama , Onoki and diedara have KKGs

KKT to be precise. Technically he doesn't have KKG but, for the sake of the thread, we can pretend KKT counts as a KKG. XD
