It is still a chakra avatar. It's a small manifestation of it, just like rig cage susano'o.

Not even Orochimaru's Kusanagi blade managed to cut through. Enton and Amaterasu burns chakra.

Idk why Ricardo tryna argue Rinnegan Sasuke > RSM Naruto without PS or Avatar when RSM itself is based on not having Avatar. And By feats already in the war RSM is above Rinnegan Sasuke. Amaterasu is fodder against Chakra Cloak and Chakra arms is superior so it easily blocks it and dispose of it or he just easily dodges it or senses it and makes clones for it. What's preta gonna absorb? NE so he can turn into stone? Shira tensei? Withstands it with a lot of powerful RSM clones or basic clones like in canon. Basho Tenin? Evade with Chakra arm like in canon against zero Nagato. Reap out his soul? Only if Naruto just stands there and let's him rip it out.

True, I always thought letting PS fly was to make it a fair battle between naruto and sasuke, and RSM no avatar vs rinnegan sharingan sasuke is a murder stomp for naruto its ridiculous sasuke needs PS
