Kuchiyose: Tetsuengo Kabe) -Summoning: Iron Protection Wall
Rank: B
Type: Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user summons a large iron dome from one of their scrolls that covers themselves and even their teammates from enemies' attacks.
Note: Can only defend against B rank and down but doesnt block techniques directed from beneath.

Alright, this is another dome of defense and you summon it from a scroll. Usually scroll techniques take longer hence you’re not a scroll specialist, fuuin specialist I guess. Look at their notes.

(Sōgu: Maruchiken Ranmyaku) - Manipulated Tools: Multi-Blade Chaos
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user uses two scrolls and makes multiple weapons come out from them and float in the air. After the final blade causes the opponent to fly up into the air, The user uses a chain to bring their opponent down to the ground and then hits them again with the weapons. Using this attack allows the user to summon more weapons than usual for subsequent attacks.

Alright, grab these scrolls and open them up, channel your chakra into them and have multiple all types of weapons of your imagination to come out of them. The last blade will have the opponent hit up into mid-air then have the rain of weapons come down on them, hitting them. You can keep on summoning weapons from the scrolls.

(Sōgu: Sōninju) - Manipulated Tools: Weapon Gun
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user summons several weapons connected together by strings and jumps into the air, reeling them together to stack on top of each other. They then stands on the top weapon on one foot, and twirls backwards, shooting the string-wealed ninja tools at the opponent like a machine gun.

Alright, make a handseal and summon several weapons connected by strings. Jump into the air and pull them in to have it stacked up in one place. Stand otop of these weapons and using your sfoot, shoot these weapons at that tree over there.

I understand all of these just fine. They're essentially just more Tenten techniques from the games. You summon weapons of varying number and use them to hurt people. Summoning from the scroll does seem a tad long winded. Not something I'd personally favor using in most situations the defensive wall seems a bit crappy too. But you gotta go through this to get to the good stuff so it's not a problem lol.

Sōgu: Kaien Geki) - Manipulated Tools: Spinning Swallow Show
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: The user hits the opponent with a pair of tonfa, then tosses a scroll in the air to summon a bo staff and hits them with it. When the opponent is lying prone on the ground, they summons a huge spiked club and crushes them with it.

Grab this tonfa (what guy always uses) then use this scroll and toss it into the air before you hit your enemy with the tonfa and while you’re hitting them, summon a staff and hit them with the staff too. Once they’re on the ground, summon a club and hit them with it.

(Sōgu: Tenkosai) - Manipulated Tools: Heavenly Steel Disaster
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: Like Manipulated Tools: Heavenly Chain of Destruction, The user unrolls and throws thier large scroll over the enemy. They summons countless Kunai from the scroll to rain down on the enemy before releasing four large chains to force the enemy to the ground as the chains collapse on them.

Alright, throw this scroll over your enemy, above. Then summon countless kunais from above them, raining down from above then summon chains to force them on the ground, trap them.

(Hana Ninpō: Kyōku Sai) - Flower Technique: The District End
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user reaches out his/her hand, sending a stream of flower petals from their palm towards the opponent. The flower petals encircle the enemy and dark smoke fades their surroundings to black, hiding the user.

Alright, this technique will blind your target and make them confused of your whereabouts. Have your hand out and stream flowers out of it. The petals will encircle the target and smoke fades their surroundings, hiding you from their sight.

Another two techniques from the videogame with the first ones. They're both used by Tenten, both are not that amazing and require a lot of set up for little pay off. Not really my style but I do understand them both perfectly well. The third is far more interesting. Sending a stream of flower petals followed by black smoke blinding the opponent has some amazing applications in short range combat especially if you combine with silent killing.

( Gen'ei Tajū Shuriken ) - Multiple Phantom Shuriken
Rank: B
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 20
Damage points: 40
Description: After performing the shadow clone technique the user and the two clones perform the Dog → Rabbit → Monkey → Clap Hands and they throw several shuriken which multiply and attack the opponent.
Note: Requires two shadow clones before use.

Alright, summon two shadow clones and have the shadow clones perform those handsigns and then have you guys throw several shurikens which multiplies towards the opponent.

(Himitsu Kibaku Fuda no Jutsu) Hidden Explosive Tags Technique
Type: Offensive
Rank: A-Rank
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description:
The user does a sequence of 4 hand seals (Tiger → Rat → Bird → Snake) or slams his hand on the ground or surface. Using his chakra, he is able to stream a multitude of paper tags through the ground and use his chakra to keep them hidden from sight. As they stream towards the target, they are undistinguishable from the ground, seamlessly merged with it. Nearing the target, they rise from the ground, "crawling" up the target. As they wrap themselves in lairs around the target, the user can choose when to detonate them, making a quicker, weaker detonation or waiting for more paper tags to pile in the target and adding more damage.

Alright, this is a fun technique. You perform the 4 handseals and small your hand on the ground, summoming multiple paper tags and streaming them towards your opponent. You’ll use your chakra to hide them too as youre streaming them through the ground (underground). As they near that tree, have it crawl up and wrap it around it and detonate it.

(Kuchiyose: Sanjū Rashōmon) - Summoning Technique: Triple Rashōmon
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary, Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: N/A
Description: This summoning is an upgrade of the standard Rashomon in which the user summons 3 of these demonic forms of the main gate of old Kyoto. Each gate has a specific duty: the first red gate takes the attack head-on, the second green gate reduces the power of the attack, and the third blue gate disperses the pressure.
Note: This technique can only block A rank and below.

Alright, same as before as with the B-ranked Rashomon. This can defend up to A-ranked techniques. Notice how three of these gates negate the attacks. How they nullify it. To give you a sense of how huge these doors are, I wouldn’t recommoned to summon it if the opponent is on short range. Maybe not even if they’re on mid range hence these three doors are massive. Maybe if the attack is coming from long range. Same with the b-ranked rashomon door. I’d summon it if the attack came from either long or mid range. It says short because you’ll summon it on short range infront of you.

The first is a bit lame and a waste of a shadow clone, but I understand it perfectly you throw some shuriken with your clone then multiply them. The second is much better it's basically what Hanzo did to Nagato and it's a very useful technique and can be used in a lot of unique ways. It's one of my favorite in the basic ninjutsu list. The third is a triple rashomon, it's not bad but like you said it requires a fair amount of space, and only blocking A rank is a bit bleh. It should block S imo, given it blocked a four tailed TBB.

Alright, let's move forward and wrap this up. Let's stick to analysis. I'll give my own explanation and you give me your own, with any comments or questions you may or may not have.

(Midare Senbu) – Chaos Fan Dance
Rank: A
Type: Offensive, Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: After attacking the enemy with the users fan, thus launching them into the air. The user then throws their fan to slice the enemy up, after which they then disappear. The user then reappears behind the enemy. Finally the user Grabs the fan and then jabs them into the ground.
Note: Must have a Fan/ War Fan.
So this is a typical multi-step technique, making it a little harder to execute compared to others. So, in close range you attack your opponent with your fan and throw them in the air, then toss it at them to slice them up. Then you appear behind them in a burst of speed. So many steps z.z. There are a lot of holes in techniques like this for an opponent to just interrupt it, making it difficult to even get mid-way through the technique. Personally, I've never used this technique but hey everyone has their favorites so maybe you will.

(Sōshōryū Seichuu) - Rising Twin Dragons Control
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: This technique is similar to the normal Twin Rising Dragons, but is an upgraded version. The user doesn't have to hold onto the weapons; they can just send them flying only with a movement of thier hand, which makes the weapons a lot faster. Also, with this new version, The user includes exploding tags in the spread in order to make the technique more effective.
So yeah, idk. This technique is just a stronger version of its C-Rank sibling. But instead of having to hold the weapons you just manipulate them with hand movements. Obviously it is more lethal overall as well. Not much to really say lol.

(Sōgu: Tensasai) - Manipulated Tools: Heavenly Chain of Destruction
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: A stronger version of the Twin Rising Dragons, the user tosses their large scroll into the air above her opponent and summons hundreds of different weapons from it, which then rain down, impaling the opponent and anything in their path. The weapons move so fast that they appear as white streaks.
Toss scrolls, summon weapons, they move really fast. I don't like this because technically the scrolls are unranked and you could even disrupt the scrolls from getting above you before they ever do, rendering the technique completely useless and a waste of time and chakra.

I agree pretty much with your analysis entirely. I'll be honest I don't use fans or war fans can't imagine I ever will especially given I have the sword of kusanagi. For the last one it's pretty much the same situation. I can summon a thousand kusanagi that can be controlled with hand movements and that makes this seem really redundant. I do understand them all perfectly well however so no issues there.

Alright, these next three are a nice reprieve from the usual monotonous Ninjutsu techniques.

(Kage Kagami Shiten No Hou) - Shadow Mirror Body Change Method
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: The user turns him/her self into a mirror image of their desired form. This transformation is permanent. The user can only use their own original jutsu.
Pretty obvious and identical to the normal transformation technique, however this is permanent. There's really not much to go into on this one; use it in the NW or on your bio to 'skin' it. Cool and fun technique for the RP, in my opinion.

(Bunshin Bakuha) - Shadow Clone Explosion
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description:At first glance the clone appears to be a normal tangible Bunshin, but the user can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion. (This shadow clone variant can only use normal ninjutsu, and Taijutsu).
Note:Must already know shadow clone jutsu to use this jutsu.
Here's a neat one! This is a special variant of the normal Shadow Clone technique that we saw Itachi use. Unlike the normal clone, which can utilize any technique that the user knows, this clone can only use ninjutsu and taijutsu. However, with the chakra it is created from you cause it to violently explode. It is pretty deceptive as there is no quality that reveals it being an explosive clone and its detonation is likewise just as sudden.[/spoiler]

(Meisaigakure no Jutsu) - Hiding with Camouflage Technique
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30 (-10 per turn active)
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user after performing the Tiger hand seal to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. However, the usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills. The Second Tsuchikage, Mū's mastery of this technique helped earn him the moniker "Non-Person" seemingly having neither form nor chakra while the technique was active. Thus, he could not be sensed through traditional means.
Note: Technique lasts a total of 3 turns
Probably one of the pinnacle stealth techniques in the canon list. This doesn't simply conceal your body, but also tools and weapons on your person. This makes it very difficult to perceive attacks. For example, throwing a kunai while under the effects of this technique would render the kunai equally as concealed as your body, same with your clothes, etc. However for shinobi other than Mu it still allows your chakra to be sensed. So it isn't perfect. Sadly there are a lot of sensors out there now ever since the rule change.

Ah excellent. Finally got to the one I needed. Well I understand these three just fine. The first is the whole ninja world skin technique. The second is a detonation based shadow clone which may actually be better to use than the normal since this one doesn't appear to split your chakra it just costs 30. The third is pretty much self explanatory optical camouflage, but as you said there are a lot of chakra sensory types these days so it may be a little less useful than it once was.

Last of the A-Ranks. Let's knock these out and move on.

(Mikadzuki no Mai) - Dance of the Crescent Moon
Rank: A
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: As the ninja charges at the opponent, they create multiple shadow copies to confuse the opponent. Using the confusion, the real ninja will attack from the opponent's blindside.
A simple technique which I believe is based on the E-Rank illusion technique. You create shadow 'copies;' I believe these are simply illusionary projections, not full blown clones nor a true Genjutsu. But using the confusion created by the numerous apparitions you attack from the blind side. Strange to this technique is its dated damage/chakra values and the fact that it is quite useless; most opponents will just hit everyone at once, given how large scale certain customs can be.

(Shihouhappou Shuriken) - All Directions Shuriken
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After utilizing the Kage Bunshin no jutsu, the user will spread out in various directions to surround the opponent before releasing a barrage of projectiles simultaneously.
Wew. Need I say much about this? I just dislike these shadow clone techniques so much.

(Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: After throwing one shuriken or more against their target, the user creates up to a thousand shadow clones of the shuriken (or kunai, senbon, etc, basically any basic weapon) after performing Ram → Rat → Bird → Boar → Tiger which multiply the damage as its striking down the enemy. This is a technique that combines ninja tools with ninjutsu. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. This is valid for any weapon copied and it has been seen that the copied weapons will also have the tags or markings of the original, like sealing or explosive tags or sealing marks.
Okay, here's a cool one. This creates copies of basic weapons. While they are 'copies' they are all equally as lethal. This technique is probably best used in conjunction with Fuuinjutsu where one can really abuse the multiplication effect with certain seals, as well as certain Fire techniques (maybe you'll know what I'm referring to)!

Alright the first one we discussed and I've established what it can do so I'm pretty confident in using it. It might even be useful now situationally. Let's assume I understand that the second is absolutely trash. Like hot on fire trash. The third however is awesome. I've always wondered if it could replicate kusanagi?

Doubtful. Considering that Orochimaru's sword probably wouldn't be considered 'basic' as the technique outlines. But it could be worth looking into. Maybe an Orochimaru-limited custom or something like that. Anyways, the only S-Rank technique at the moment. I don't think I've ever seen it used but man it would be cool.

(Kenboushou Jutsu) - Loss of Memory Technique

Yeah I agree an amnesia technique is pretty cool but if I put my hand on someone's head I'd be more inclined to kill them in a multitude of ways as opposed to making them forgot one category of something lol.

Yeah, unfortunately that's just how the RP goes. Maybe one day between two opponents who aren't purely interested in killing each other. Anyways, final Nin technique. The Forbidden ranked Tobirama special and a personal favorite of mine as a Bakuton user:

(Gojō Kibaku Fuda) Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags
Type: Offensive
Rank: Forbidden
Range: Short
Chakra: 50
Damage: 100 (-20 to the user if caught in the explosion)
Description:
The Mutually Multiplying Explosive Tags is a technique which forms part of a fighting style purposely designed for those who have been reincarnated or are otherwise very resistant to damage, and employs the use of special explosive tags to create a near infinite series of explosions. The user will throw several (up to 5) special exploding tags at the enemy formed from large sheets that each bear five seals on them. These special tags then attach themselves to the intended target, but just as they detonate, summon additional tags that in turn create more as they too explode. This process is continuously repeated, leading to a near infinite chain reaction of consecutive explosions which engulf a gigantic area, mid range all around. The technique's unique drawback is that to fully use it you need to be in short range of the target, making it almost suicidal for users who cannot take on the damage and remain unarmed, users that cannot escape its range in time or users who cannot heal themselves from the damage, thus being ideal to be used by Edo Tensei summons.
Note: the explosion spans throughout 2 full turns if unblocked.
Note: usable twice per battle.
One tag propagates into a near infinite series of tags by summoning more. It is a cahin explosion which spans out to mid-range but begins in short-range requiring you to be very close to the blast (suicidal close). This can be extremely useful and devastating if you have a method of surviving it, or if you have an Edo Tensei perform it (the more likely case for you since you once you get Oro-Kin).

Indeed it's a really cool technique despite the suicide. I believe he mentioned creating it specifically to be used with edo tensei so that's what I would most likely do. I understand the technique just fine so no further questions tbh.
