(Suiton: Mizu Kamigami no Zangyakuna Fukushū) - Water Release: Atrocious Vengeance of the Water Gods

Description: With the use of three hand seals, the user can summon forth a large vortex of water around the enemy and the user, or around the enemy only. The vortex of water is circular, with a maximum diameter of 15 meters and a minimum diameter of five meters therefore, the target must be within mid-range. It reaches the height of fifteen meters and spins at a dangerously fast speed, such that physical contact with the spinning vortex would be capable of pulling the person that touched it into the currents, which would make them vulnerable to the goldfishes. It is hollow inside and serves as a water source and to keep the enemy inside. Once the "vortex" of water is created, the user, with the use of shape manipulation, will shape hundreds of basketball-sized goldfishes with pressurized 1 foot horns. They attack from all directions, except the direction the user is standing on if he was to create the vortex around him to avoid the technique from backfiring. They jump out of the wall/vortex of spinning water as if it was a river and jump out to attempt to impale the target(s). The goldfishes jumping from the walls have a long-reach, therefore, they are able to jump from one side of the vortex and land on the other one and continuously jump back and forth to repeatedly attack the enemy. Releasing it in the same turn is generally only used if, A) The technique was successful, or B) The enemy was able to properly defend from it, or completely destroy it. If, for whatever reason, the user chooses to release the technique, the enemy will take in no damage unless they've been pierced by goldfishes, in which case, they will take the S-rank damage

Note: Usable three times per battle with a four turn cool down before each usage
Note: Can only be taught by Edward.
Note: After using, cannot use A rank and higher Water jutsu the next turn.
Note: Lasts 2 turns per usage.

There's not much to divulge as to me its pretty straight forward, I've been looking for a defensively offensive water technique for quite some time now and this one seems to fit the shoe. I can chose to either trap us or just the opponent which is a +1 from me and with the way I RP I can use this as a means of tactical distraction and buildup- don't worry how, just know that's my intentions with this technique. I won't abuse it of course.

Description: After forming the Snake -> Ram hand seals the user will cause an A ranked replica of himself made of wind to dart from his body in a linear fashion in a direction, once released he cannot change course of this jutsu. This replica reaches up to short ranged moving 25% faster than the user's base speed and delivering sheer blunt force trauma to the opponent by mowing them down as a very strong gust of wind that can result in broken bones, abrasions, and even concussions, similar to its parent jutsu (Fuuton: Aojiroi Dopperugengā)- Wind Release: Pale Doppelganger. However, this replica is connected to the user via a nearly invisible tether of Fuuton chakra which the user will send a portion of his Fuuton chakra through. This pulse of chakra is A ranked and can either cause the replica to explode prematurely with an S ranked omnidirectional explosion (A+A) reaching up to mid ranged of its origin or it can cause another A ranked replica to sprout from the initial replica which will simply fade away and attack a dodging opponent or sudden obstacle with a now S ranked blunt force effect, once the second replica sprouts from the first however the previous replica can no longer explode as it will cease to exist and neither can the second. This means, the user has the option to explode his replica or produce another he does not have access to both sides of this jutsu at once. This second replica still moves in a linear fashion which cannot be redirected and can extend the jutsu another 5 meters at base speed +25% also, making it mid ranged.

Okay, only requiring two hand seals, the user will create an A-rank replica of himself to dash from the creator in a linear fashion, in one specific direction. It reaches up to short-range at 25% of the users speed, and delivers blunt force trauma by the gust of wind that can cause broken bones, abrasions (cuts and all) and concussions. This is connected by the original by a very thin and nearly invisible strand of chakra. The user can send futon chakra through it to create an S-rank omnidirectional explosion reaching up to mid range from where its origin or it can create another A-rank replica of itself to sprout from the first wind doppelganger (which would simply fade away) while the second doppelganger would be strengthened to S-rank. However, you cant make the second doppelganger explode.

I have a question, i know you cant change directions when its in motion, but what if its a transition from the first and second doppelganger? like one goes forward 5 meters, and the enemy moves to the side, can a second doppelganger rush forward them in a linear fashion, just starting from a different direction?

Also this is a really neat jutsu, nice.
I made a jutsu like this first, and after reading your CJ thread, i saw it was nearly identical so i decided on asking to trade you for it instead lol.

I was thinking of Dumbledore's scene when i was making one, lol. (Like when they entered that house in the 7th book; the ghost of dumbledore just rushed forwards towards harry, lol)

Yes, that was the main reason for the second replica to sprout. As you can see in the jutsu description;

A ranked replica to sprout from the initial replica which will simply fade away and attack a dodging opponent or sudden obstacle with a now S ranked blunt force effect

I don't, I was just thinking of making one based off of dumbledore's scene but figured it'd be too similar after reading yours ;p
