Hello, I am your new sempai, Zanda and i'll be teaching you the wind element, but before we get started I must asses your current knowledge of the element. So tell me what you know about fuuton, what are its properties, which village is it profoundly found in, who are some of its canon users?

Fuuton is one of the basic 5 elements. It is also the rarest one. Wind is used to cut and slice through objects with just oxygen builted up in ones body. Fuuton is predominantly found in Sunagakure. A few Fuuton users are Temari, Danzo, Naruto , Ohnoki and Mu.

I'm not asking for a wallie, but more description will be required as we move along with training. Obtaining an element through training without actually learning it won't help you along the road in your Rp career. I know the feeling of just rushing through training in order to kill some guys in the battle section with my new element, but if you can't even go into depth on the basics then you will never truly master this element.

Yes, fuuton is one of the five basic element chakra's one can obtain in the Narutoverse. Now about it being the rarest of the five, I doubt it, but in the right hands this element can be a mass tool of destruction. Elemental chakra is created when one puts their regular chakra source under nature transformation, altering its properties and characteristics. In order to achieve wind chakra one must mold their regular chakra making it as sharp and thin as possible. This is why wind jutsu are commonly concentrated, sharp, thin, currents several being released at a time with great precision or in a maelstrom of numerous currents carrying brute force and slashing damage in one. This doesn't mean that all wind jutsu must be sharp and thin. I personally like wind because of its versatility. It can be a blunt concussive blast, a light intangible gust used for supplementary purposes, or even condensed and manipulated into the shape of an object holding solid like properties. Wind is VERSATILE, and its drawback depends on the creativity of its user.

Wind is strong against lightning style due to the fact that wind is a natural insulator, being able to cancel out all raiton jutsu with fuuton techniques one rank below. (S rank lightning will cancel out against A rank wind)
However, when wind clashes against the fire element it is overpowered as the fire technique continues on depending on the rank, and when used in conjunction with fire it empowers fire making it more powerful. (S rank wind will cancel out against A rank fire)
Note, when fire and wind clash from opposing shinobi the fire technique doesn't become stronger due to the opposing chakras fueling the techniques, but releasing fire and wind together with a clone or summon, or by sending a wind technique into an already existing fire source/technique, the fire will become stronger. It can also be used in conjunction with water techniques in order to increase the water's destructiveness.

Now before we move on any further lets get that thought of wind being oxygen out of your mind. Wind is air, and air is composed of various gases in the atmosphere. Through the use of wind style one can manipulate the wind currents already present in the air, or expel it from their body via mouth or limb movement.

Now before we move on I must make sure that you grasp the wind element. So I want you to take out a kunai and channel your wind chakra into it. Be descriptive and explain what happens to the kunai when you channel wind into it. After that I want you to slash that tree using the wind charged kunai and explain the damage done to the tree. Be descriptive because this will let me asses if you truly understand the element.

(P.S.- When one asks for a description it usually entails most of the five senses, but of course I don't expect you to smell and taste the wind charged kunai :|)

He then would grasp a kunai through the hole of it with his middle finger of his right hand and flick it up so that he would catch it in midair.He held his kunai at a forward sabre grip pointing towards you. Channeling his chakra throughout his arm to his kunai he then would transform it into the wind style natured chakra. As the chakra began to coat the blade ,it formed a hallow point at the peak of it. The chakra around the chakra surrounding the kunai was somewhat transparent but you could still tell that there was something odd about it. Maybe because the wind chakra was constantly moving around and throughout the blade. The chakra around the kunai gave off small gusts of wind similar to someone slightly blowing their breath on you .

With his blade fully coated he then looked at the targeted tree and dashed toward it while lifting his arm up. Once he got within range of it he struck his hand across the trunk of the tree, deeply cutting it.

1.) The maroon bold, You don't have to channel your chakra through your entire arm just to channel it into your kunai. A shinobi has many tenketsu points throughout their body allowing them to release chakra, your hand having a few of their own allows you to channel your chakra directly into the kunai instead of traveling through your entire arm. Once you start battling others you'll see how important wording is so I just wanted to let you know this.

2.) Red bold, you can't transform your regular chakra into wind natured chakra after you released it as regular chakra, so the red bold wording is wrong. The transformation of basic chakra into wind natured chakra is pretty quick and it happens inside of your body before being released.

Watching you as you perform these actions I slightly grin as the sight of you doing a good job gives me faith in you once again. Good job. I say as I nod my head in approval. Now we can begin our mission. At noon I want you to meet me at the entrance of the forest with any type of fan you can find. It can be a banana fan or even a folding fan, as long as it's big enough to aid you on our travels. We are going to go on a basic delivery mission, but don't let your guard down yet. There have been multiple reports of lightning bandit muggings in the area. I'm going to get the package required for delivery. Get the fan, and we'll be ready to role out as soon as you come. Along the ways of this mission i'll teach you the wind element and you'll be able to gain a little battle experience as well. Well I'm off for the package. I say before disappearing in a puff of smoke.

He said as a mysterious man came out behind of a large tree with a large trench coat on and sunglasses with a fadora on.

I got everything you need man. Foldable, handheld , big ,small you name it I got it.
He then would open his coat showcasing a bunch of fans with one that was approximately the length of his jacket surrounded by small ones.

uhh I guess I'll take the big golden one bruh ..

The man would then detach the big fan and toss it towards Satoshi. Satoshi analyzed the fan for a couple seconds and before he would take out his wallet , the man disappeared.

Forest of Assault​

As I wait for my student I take in a deep breath as I then take in the surroundings. Now who would want to mugg helpless people in such a scenic place? I say as I sit on top of the delivery package. The package was big, with straps attached for the purpose of carrying on one's back, and due to its heaviness once being carried it would leave me slow and vulnerable to attack. Seeing my pupil arrive with his stylish golden folding fan, I take out a scroll marked D-Rank 1 and throw it to him. I can't really have you going into the forest with at least some wind jutsu knowledge so I want you to read and comprehend this scroll. Ask me any questions you have regarding the jutsu and their explanations. After that we will depart into the forest.

Description: User creates a wall of spinning wind in front of him that is used to push back weapons thrown towards him. It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.

This is a basic wind jutsu defence where the user creates a spinning wind wall in front of themselves. This wall can deflect basic ninja tools and taijutsu attacks but be careful because the walls sharp spinning currents can trigger smoke bombs and explosive tags detonating them within a close proximity to yourself. On top of defending against taijutsu attacks it hurts the enemy on contact.

(Fūton: Kaze Iwa Rendan) - Wind Release: Wind Rock Barrage

one question ... So with the Hidden Mist : Hiding in mist technique, does it take any Wind jutsu to blow away the mist or do I need a jutsu that is over the rank of the mist jutsu? Cuz I really don't wanna get my ass kicked again because I can't get out of that jutsu :T_T:

I slightly chuckled at your question as I reminisce the days of only knowing a single element as I begin to walk through the forest expecting you to follow, and as I do I answer your question. Well that tech is kinda tricky due to its range being long and the fact that it can encompass you from all sides. With the basic wind technique you learnt from the scroll, you should be able to blow away the mist up to mid.range away from yourself in a certain direction, allowing you to regain a certain degree of your sense of sight and the opponent near you, but with these basic d ranked wind jutsu it will be very hard to counter the entire mist itself so be smart about it. towards the end of my sentence I hear rummaging in the trees before us. Stay alert. I say warning my student. Suddenly a very skinny bandit drops down from one of the trees before attacking us both.

Drop the package and hit the road before I give into my thoughts of cutting you all open. he says in an aggressive tone. After seeing our resistance to obey him the bandit attacks. First he throws several kunai at Satoshi before rushing him at high speeds. In the midst of his rush electricity begins to surround the bandit forming a sort of cloak that can be dangerous to us if contact is made.

Upon the kunai being thrown, Satoshi immediately opened his fan and swung it in an upward motion which would creates wall of wind that would spin and redirect the kunai back towards the bandit. The bandit would easily dodge those kunai as he then began to close in. Satoshi would then swing his fan to the left ,releasing a gust of wind which would rid the mans Raiton armour since wind is naturally stronger than lightning. Leaving him staggering back from the last blow of wind, I would once more swing my fan upward but this time ripping pieces of the earth and branches from trees and taking them up into the air along with the man. He would then be struck by all of the debris in the air and began flailing his arms as he began to quickly drop through the air. A loud thud was heard by Satoshi and his Senpai, and assuming the man was dead , Satoshi looked at his teacher as he began folding his fan and said..

I got em good! Didn't I Senpai?

Nodding in approval I grin at my student before looking at the knocked out bandit.You did very good, but lets use the fan only for wind jutsu allowing it from now on . I won't make you redo the move since the application of the techs were correct, and even though fans are used as mediums for wind techs I'm not sure if you can perform hand seal less wind techs via fan, so just follow the jutsu description for now. Shall we continue? I ask before proceeding to continue my path regardless of the answer given. While walking I stop for a second to reach into my pockets in order to reach for another scroll, except this one was marked D-Rank 2. Looking at you with the scroll in my hands I then toss it to you. Same procedure, but this time I want you to perform the techs in that scroll since they are more supplementary/defensive based.

This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. This jutsu's primary use is for blinding the targets by getting dust and sand into their eyes via a gust of wind creating a mini dust screen.

A very hand jutsu used in our Rp on a daily basis. Only to be performed while airborne this jutsu allows the user to change direction in mid-air at high speeds by releasing a gust of wind in the opposite direction. By aiming the jutsu at the ground it will not launch the user into the air, but it will create a cloud of dust that will allow you to conceal your location and movements.

If you don't have any questions then perform the jutsu, if you do you can still ask and perform the jutsu as we walk.

Satoshi thanked his teacher as he then caught the other scroll. Upon reading the scroll , we walked infront of the patches of earth leafy in the ground from my previous jutsu.I then would read a certain section of the scroll out loud,
"difficult for others to get good footing"... Ehh kinda like when temari did to sasuke!? She like made sand on the tree and he like almost slipped and broke his neck Lol can this work for all smooth surfaces? Not only trees , let's say a marble tile floor.


Following the question Satoshi inhaled deeply as he then released a cloud mixed with air and dust particles. The cloud would then spread ahead of the us and settle on the nearby vegetation.

After that jutsu was set and done, I would then gasp for air and jump in the air , releasing the air towards the ground so that it would propel me higher into the air. I landed smoothly on my feet and dusted a bit of dirt off of my clothes.

The chances of you fighting on a marble floor in this Rp is slim, but if it did happen to happen then I guess you could use this technique for that even though there are more suitable techniques to use when trying to make the opponent slip. Seeing you then perform the technique I shake my head in disappointment at your attempt to troll me when you made the ending remark. The vegetation being higher than the ground itself would easily allow me to maneuver through the less dense patches stepping on the ground itself rather than the vegetation. I then get enraged as your attempt at the second jutsu fails.Baka!! The scroll just told you that aiming that tech towards the ground won't lift you higher, or that would just defeat the purpose of having to use it airborne if it can just put you airborne in the first place. Do it again, but i'll help you this time. Dropping the package I walk past you while grabbing the back of your collar before launching you up towards the tree tops. You're wasting time, so do it right this time before we get mugged again.

While in his head thinking of the song "i believe i can fly" ,Satoshi then again inhaled deeply as he was launched up into the air. He blew out the stored air so that it would push him in the opposite direction of the way he was facing , similar to someone releasing the air from an untied balloon. He would then stop blowing air so that he would start decreasing in altitude . I would then land just a few meters behind yourself and the package.

Good, much better U_U. Now, lets get going, but before we do i'm going to give you the next rank of scrolls. Good old C ranks. Reaching into my flak jacket I take out a sorta fancy looking scroll marked C-Rank 1 before tossing it to you. These are more advanced wind techniques you'll be learning now, so don't act foolish because as we go deeper into the forest these bandits won't be as easy as the last and failing in performing the jutsu right can cost you your life. :stfu:

Holding their sword, the user will swing it towards the target while releasing their wind chakra through the sword creating a whirlwind of sharp winds that will cut up the target it hits. As far as this jutsu goes visually think of it as a blast of rotating sharp winds released from your sword.

Swing your fan towards the target as you release your wind chakra through it creating a spinning disk of compressed wind that resembles a demon shuriken. This tech can easily cut through its target.

(Futon: Joushou Arashi Kabe no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Rising Tempest Wall Technique

Description: The user will first strike their target into the air with their Giant folding fan or Giant War fan and then follow up with releasing a blast of wind pushing the target back.

This jutsu is a combo of fan mele and wind release in one. Once in close range to a target the user will strike them with their fan before releasing a blast of wind that delivers a concussive blow now pushing them away from your location.

(Futon: Reppuu Bakufuu no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Gale Blast Technique

Description: The user will swing their giant folding fan or giant war fan at their target to create a blast of wind sending the target flying.

Another concussive wind blast with enough strength to send your target away airborne once hit. This can be released with a simple swing of your fan.

This scroll holds all of the wind/weapon techniques so read up and ask me any question you want as long as it doesn't pertain to a marble floor. >_>Walk with me as you do. We gotta make up for lost time.

While walking with I began to detach my katana from my back and grip it up with both of my hand and holding in front of me. I get a couple of practice swings in before I actually begin the jutsu. Before my final slash , I would conduct Futon chakra thoughout my blade so that when I would swing it , it would release a storm of wind blades. The wind mowed down the tall grass about 10 meteres ahead of us making it clearer to see and get by, but also making us more noticeable.

Satoshi then sheathed his sword and opened up his fan . He would hold it in a downwards position with both hands on it. Cocking his arm and wrist back while infusing his fan with more wind chakra , he then would chuck it through the tall grass, chopping it down, since the wind that flows through the fan created a sharp layer at the edges of the fan, to about our thigh level for about another 10 meters.

We approached yet another heap of tall grass ass I proceeded to step forward as I am equipped with my fan.Satoshi swung twice with his chakra infused fan,with his fan practically touching the stalks of grass, once with him knocking the grass into the air and the second one blowing the flying glass backwards.

I would then hold my fan above my head diagonally and swing downwards, sending a just visible gust of wind towards the grass blowing a huge clearance in the forest.

Senpai, with all this ruskus were either gonna scare the bandits away or draw them closed Lol

Putting the package down in amazement I then sit on top of it in a meditative position as I continuously hum. Even though I tried for some reason I could no longer hold the anger within as it shown on my face. Rising upwards I hop of the box before approaching you as I muffle a scream towards you with my hands extended shaking in your face. BAKAAAAAA!!! I scream to the top of my lungs.I never told you to perform the jutsu, especially since you used them to give away our location on top of making us more visible, and then had the nerve to tell me what you done knowing that is was wrong. I scream to the top of my lungs. I then exhale and calm down as I then further asses the situation. We'll have to take a more difficult route now to avoid being ambushed since they now know for sure that we are here and ready to fight back. Youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu. :devil:

We'll look for a spot to set up camp but as your punishment you'll carry the package until then. Even though I made the package look very easy to carry, in all honesty, it was extremely heavy at the start. Utilizing my earth chakra to lighten the weight made it easier for me, but you with no training in earth whatsoever will have to bear the total weight of the package. Now lets go, no complaining, and don't talk till we reached a clearing to set up camp for the night.

I inhaled deeply as i began to lift the heavy package. Satoshi grunted and pretended that the package wasn't heavy, even though in all actuality it was killing his back. I would then direct my teacher to follow me as we suddenly came across a nearby alternate path. Along that path there was a small , room sized field. The field had a couple of rabbits just hang in out , so I would reach far into my pouch and rummage in it until I grasp 3 shuriken. With all three of them between my fingers I, would precisely flick my wrist and releasing the shuriken one by one. One was struck in the neck and hastily dropped to the ground , the other was grazed and as he ran , he dodged the last shuriken.

While you were just lounging around, I decided to sit the package and front of you and go back into tho the woods to grab 2 hand fulls of rocks and twigs.He shorty set up a moderate fire by just using the sticks and rocks. Every time it would die down I would slightly blow it while adding more twigs into it.
