The style is simple enough, but the vagueness of it allows for you to incorporate whatever you like really. You utilise 4 swords; One in the mouth, one in both hands facing outwards, and one in the crook of your knee obviously giving name to the style.
Practise balancing like this with the swords and get a feel for it

Dean grabs onto the four swords thrown to him. He then grabs two swords, one in each hand, and the third in his mouth. Almost like the legendary Zoro, but this is different. The fourth sword he grabs in the hook of his knee. An awkward stance, quite difficult to maintain. Dean focuses, thinking of a crane. He stands in the awkward position for a while, trying to maintain his balance. Not easy at first, but after a while, it became far less difficult.

Good though you have the feel for the style.
The Obvious advantage of the style is that it allows you to not only attack from more than one place simultaneously, but also at different levels of height making it very difficult to counter through something like tai or ken alone. Furthermore the style allows you to channel chakra through to increase cutting power meaning that as long as you explain indepth what you do with each individual sword when using it in battle, a single mistake from the enemy or a misblock could be lethal.
Disadvantages is the reduced mobility, definitely some reduced agility if you're not careful on one leg, but with time and as long as you're a decent ken student you should be able to use it no problem.

Dean stands in his awkward stance as the clone dashes towards him. As the clone comes close enough, Dean strikes forward with the sword held in his mouth. He would sway his sword, aiming for the clone's neck, whilst at the same time, he would hurl his body forward with his right leg, whilst the left is holding the sword in the hook of the knee. He would aim to strike the clone with his sword in the hook of his knee aimed at the clone's lower body, as he moves his knee forward. As the clone would struggle to defend against both of these simultaneous attacks. Dean would still have two swords, one in each hand, to attack the clone from his left and right, aimed at his chest. With no way out, the clone is sliced from multiple directions, and disperses.
