we'll research every one (with unlimited) if his defense can counter all bijus attack(bijudoma-giant bijdoma)
and then we'll research every one if his attack can affect all bijus and can beat all of them
1-madara:
his defense:
madara can counter all bijus attack as he has perfect susanoo and he can absorbing chakra of biju doma with the riningan
his attack:
he can beat all biju with his wood justu , perfect susano , susano's cones and the meteors
2.hashiram:
his defense:
he has the healing that with unlimited chakra will be able to counter all bijudoma
his attack:
he can control the bijus,he can absorb chakra and he has wooden dragon,the flower of the world........etc
3.obito:
his defense:
he has the intangible and he can go to the other dimension avoiding biju's attacks
his attack:
he can warp them with short kamui and he has giant shurokin and sealing chains
