She is Currently the Only Kage Conscious Despite being bisected and She still Had enough Chakra to Summon Katsuyu to the Field to Heal the other Kages, so she is currently Alive

everyone forgets that naruto has kurama.... this means if he has a derp moment , kurama wont ;and will simply speak through naruto.... so naruto has the most chance , kakashi second

If she dies now, there is no chance for Naruto to became the Hokage. Naruto is stronger, but overall Tsunade is a better leader then him. However, after a few years, she can retreat, like Hiruzen did. This would be the best way for Naruto to became the Hokage.
