With the reveal of the Main Otsutsuki we can conclude that Kawaki isn't END GAME

Or at least that timeskip scene isn't end game.

We finally have Kawaki in the manga and more then likely we will be brought to Konoha. The timeskip is at most a 2 year one as Boruto is still a teen in it, therefore you would have to have Boruto and Konoha face off against KARA and all the Otsutsuki within a span of two years before the Kawaki scene in chapter 1.

Hence what is more likely is that we will eventually reach the scene in chapter 1 and from then on the series will move forward from being a narrative flashback by Teen Boruto.


More then likely the Main family is the end game as Toneri stated that Boruto's eye is destined for something in the future.

What will be concluded might be part of the Kara arc and part of the curse seal plot but not part of the overall Jougan story.

I think it's possible for Boruto to do it all in 2 years. Naruto finished off Akatsuki's supposed head and lived up to his prophecy. The only thing that could possibly limit Boruto is power/plot, and he's already set to have those down at his current rate. Even accounting for the randoms that took out Akatsuki members, Boruto still has way more valuable characters to assist him against Kara.

I'm going on the presumption that Kawaki is Boruto's version of pain. Two very similar guys going 2 different routes. Like Naruto and Nagato having the same sensei and wish for peace, but went 2 separates routes to get it.

Yes perhaps, main family might have allied with Kara with shared goal of getting rid of the nuisance that is Naruto(and Sasuke)

because it will make no sense if plot wise Kara goes first then the ootsusuki, they would have to be working together this when Kara ultimately fails ootsusuki make final move or vice versa

OR no alliance, our heroes are dealing with both at the same time.
