Nope. Kyuubi chakra is limited.
Naruto speed is in BM, which he was on BM all the time.
Bee speed is his own, and not that fast as 4th Raikage - his lightning jutsu power.
Chakra only. Bijuu chakra are powerful.
That why Madara wanted that Juubi power.
