[Question] with the double issue

with the double issue and the op break will we be getting double issue of op like 30-34 pages?

No, a double issue does not mean twice the pages. It means that there are 52 weeks in a year but Jump only publishes like 48. To account for breaks they do what are called double issues, which basically mean that that manga is issue 22 and 23 but does not double the pages. This is done so that the first issue is still issue 1 and the last issue is still issue 52.

It basically means we won't have a chapter next week, a normal OP chapter the week after, then a week without any WSJ chapter (including OP).

Same thing happened with Naruto. Every year, outside of the mangaka's personal breaks, the magazine has 4 magazine breaks, which are referred to as double issues, where every series in the magazine has a break. This one is I believe 22-23, so the next issue, the one 784 will be in, will be used for both week 22 of the magazine's year as well as week 23. They're called double issues because they cover two weeks, hence double issue. Don't confuse double issue with double chapter!
