I believe that going up to 25 is too much of a hassle. The fact that Tobirama's only #23, though I disagree.

I think tsunade can beat gai, but gai is overall stronger, i mean he has a technique able to destroy a whole susanoo (hirudora) , but i think tsunade > sasori, i made a mistake up there.

Tobirama has no feats, i put him there because he was really hyped, he had S.T jutsu and edo tensie

Feats >>>> Hype.

Tobirama used 1 Water dragon, nothing else. With one jutsu he can't beat Tsunade.

But if you accept his hype, you should accept Tsunade's hype too: She won't die in a battle. Ever. This means she can survive the decapitation/ jinton/ amaterasu, etc.
