The jubbi will not die as a whole, that's why naruto looked upset when sasuske was burning the juubi. Naruto plans to seperate all the tailed beasts again. Now knowing their names I believe that's the use of tailed beasts as weapons will change. That's why sasuke said he will change the system. No more tailed beasts.
