Well the reason for this message is, I received a message from our young lad, Joker. The message was on he received permission to receive surgery and training to learn Chainsaw Arts. I was wondering could I gain permission to teach and give permission out to a select few(five all together, Joker already has one of the permissions so leaving four) for surgery and training for Chainsaw Arts?

This style requires the Head Medical sensei to teach and received permission for Chainsaw Arts.

I don't have an issue and we can bypass the whole surgery thing as tbh, I don't have the time to do it. Just make sure they write in their bios that the surgery was done and that they have the changes done. Additionally, remember that canon bios cannot have these chains...

The chainsaw arts are all about what the name is chainsaws. Through a surgery (now without it) the ninja installs chainsaws in his arms and legs to rotate and use them in both offensive and defensive way. The body of the user who has the chainsaws installed is protected by the chakra flowing where the chainsaws are placed so the user has to +25 chakra per turn when used. I have almost no knowledge about BO3 but I did some reading and shit so I guess my favorite character has to be the Prophet. His glitch ability is a masterpiece from what I saw. You can go attack the opponent, if shit goes wrong then teleport your ass back to your previous place so I guess Prophet is the one.

Prophet Glitch special ability is a hard ability to use but my favorite is Specter special ability Camo. The best ability to use for sniping and knifing.

There is no chains on your arms lol. I wish I could update the CFS and take the +25 out because Idk why I put that in lol.
