Falling from a huge height, crashing into the battlefield, almost leveling the entire area, comes Kaneki in his usual black attire. This time, missing his trench coat, only wearing a black buttoned shirt, equally jet black trousers, along with contrasting Red gloves, to his again, jet black hair. He looks above, gazing at his student deep into the eye.

Greetings. My name is Kaneki Ken. And I will be your Taijutsu Teacher. But, before we may begin, I want you to tell me...What is taijutsu? The body arts?

Rebekah's legs rumble at her sensei's entrance. The abruptness nearly caused her long legs to give in from beneath her, but she caught her balance with no problem. Her blonde hair rampaged with the backfire of the wind, leaving her with an annoyed expression. She sent a glare towards her sensei but quickly dropped it at the sound of his voice.

Kaneki was his name.

And he had asked her about Taijutsu.

"Taijutsu is most easily described as hand-to-hand combat. Most of Tai techniques do not require chakra, however, chakra can be used to enhance certain Tai techniques. Nor are handseals usually required. Taijutsu is performed by the user using their physical energy, mental energy and strength. Stamina is also needee to execute the techniques, as well as hard, brute training. Taijutsu typically can be performed much quicker than Genjutsu and Ninjutsu. Taijutsu also relies on stance and certain poses. "

Rebekah finished her best explanation, brushing her fingers through her hair. Her tight leather jeans were easy to train in and she found herself counting down the minutes until this training would turn physical.

A second passed before she looked Kaneki in his dark eyes.

"Rebekah by the way, you can call me Rebekah.

With a single gust of wind, Rebekah's eyes shifted to the trees.

Not a bad response, rather one which seemed to have covered the basics. The student I am training seems t be a young individual, still the firing is burning bright in her, which didn't truly affect Kaneki in any way, he was simply trying to make a form of understanding her characters. Their eyes met in the end, and just as quickly, as she introduced herself, a rather unimportant bit of information for the training particularly, she returning the gits of kindness. He slowly starts moving towards the tree in the side of her, while taking off his heavy trench coat. Truly, it was a bugging piece in this specific kind of training, while he kept his glasses on. As he moves, the dark and cold presence of him must have been very noticeable. His expression did not change, it continued remaining the same. As the thing he took off, was hanging on the branch, his stance turned towards the little girl.

Taijutsu, or another way of calling it, the Gouken, literally meaning the strong fist, is one of the 3 main attributes of a shinobi, besides ninjutsu ad genjutsu. While you might look at it, as more or less crucial to a ninja than the other, allow me to tell you, all are equally as important, and they may very well make the slight difference, between life and death. Taijutsu uses the very body of yours, in order to attack and defend from various attacks, may they be body or weapon from your enemies. Taijutsu, as you states, truly does not require the use of chakra, or if I may say more correctly, most of them do not, since taijutsu, doesn't use chakra in any matter, rather, it uses it from the inside, in order to empower you, so, give you strength to do things, which a normal human can't do. Taijutsu, also has a separate part of it, which shows effectively, how chakra can be used. One of such, is the Eigh Inner Gates, or, Hachimon Tokou. This form, allows you to release the chakra limiters, present in your body, in order to empower your body to extreme limits. The 8th gate, or gate of death, is said to have had enough force to even rival the Juubi Jinchuriki.

The way of battling you are going to learn right now, is the Gouken, which involves 3 particular forms of battle. The strikes given of by you, will be very strong, almost bone shattering to most individuals. while you will not amass the same chakra enhanced strength which Lord First and Tsunade have, these strikes are quicker, and have a larger precision. Because, truth be told, strength alone is quite useless if it is not coped by speed and intelligence, also, you know very well, that speed can make up for the lack of strength in battle greatly.

Goken's moves can revolve around 3 types of basic taijutsu movement:

-Hand attacks (punches, palm strikes, elbow slams, hand grabs, etc)

-Leg attacks (kicks, axe kicks, stomps, leg holds, etc)

-Spinning combos (of kicks and punches....Leaf Wirlwind for example).

Any questions so far?

He says with a cold reply, turning his eyes to the young individual.

Rebekah listens and finds herself wondering why her sensei's words were so cold. Nonetheless, she focused on her teachings and nodded at everything she understood. She definitely agreed that speed was very useful against strength. In fact, Rebekah preferred speed over strength. With her small, thin frame, speed was her best attribute. Rebekah however did have a question.

"Will I ever be able to perform a punch as strong as Tsunades at the end of our training?

Rebekah stretches her legs out, her tight black jeans hugging her hips perfectly. She was ready for whatever came next. A little excited even.

No.

He said in his natural cold voice, with a very blatant and direct tone, for it was the truth.

Tsunade's, Sakura's and Hashirama's strength stems from something called the Chakra Enhanced Strength (CES) which is a way of battling utilizing the chakra n the opponents tekketsu to move in accordance to movements, giving those people tremendous amounts of power. This, truth be told, you can consider a petty, but I do not truly mind. For, where they are strong in one asset, they lack in the other. You can develop techniques which truly are ground leveling, and insanely powerful, even without the need of those techniques. The main idea over this form of battling is though, aiming for specific points of striking, putting the enemies in situations he cannot find himself in. Striking points where we place him in bad positions or situations, pay attention to the joints... It's an art form, we do not need the strength. But, if you truly desire to reach such a level of power... You can very well aim for the Eight Inner Gates, which would surpass even Tsunade's and Sakura's strength.

He stated that as he looks to the side at a dummy.

Let's not waste a lot of time. Punch that Dummy. Do not get fooled by the seemingly easiness of the task. Many people fail on this on, for the sheer fact of underestimating it. The key is attention and detail. Proceed.

Rebekah's attention averted to the training dummy. It indeed did look like a dummy, it's wooden arms sticking out. The sun illuminated the dummy, causing it to cast a dark shadow. Rebekah sauntered her way up to her target and placed her hand on its shoulder to feel the cloth that padded it. Once she felt comfortable with the dummy, she took a step back and clenched her fist. Her long nails nearly punctured her inner palm. She unclenched and clenched once more. Rolling her shoulder a few times, Rebekah loosened her tense joints. She then positioned her feet accordingly before stepping into action. Stomping her left foot first, she began to lunge forward. Her body would follow as she used her weight to her advantage. Her right arm was lauched back, her knuckles crackling with anticipation. As her shoulder and upper body pressed into the attack, her swing broke the air around her. Her thin, but lethal arm rampaged towards the dummys chest, where it would collide and send prickles of pain through her fingers. The air screamed into her ears as she sent her punch, her hair dancing with the wind. The defenseless dummy accepted Rebekah's fury with no defiance. Once the punch was done, Rebekah stumbled back and gave her hand a reassuring rub. It was a thrill, whether she managed to perform the punch correctly or not.

So sorry for not replying before.

You explained it very well, the way you punched. I liked the fact and direction you went with everything. You explained the location, your basic movements prior and later. I liked it. What you need to focus about tai, is this specifically/ Detail, body movements, and clear imagining of the movements and if they are possible with the normal human body.

There are 5 ways to use your upper limbs to attack in taijutsu. Closed Fist, Open Palm, Finger Strikes, Claw Grips/Crushes and Elbow Hits. Explain or analyse each type of attack in your own words. Advantages, disadvanatges, usefulness, etc.

I want you to perform these very specific moves in 3 different spots which are marked in the dummy, one of which is closer to the lower end of the center of the body, normally where the diafragm would be, the other is closer to the throat, and the other the head. You see, with your basic hand and upper body movements, these locations are the places where the most damage can be done. I want you to hit each of these spots, logically explain what would happen if you hit each spot, and what you would damage, if this was a real human body, made out of organs, and tissue. Try to be logical and as much detail as possible.

Kaneki said in a form of enthusiastic tone. It was a weird case. In the end as he made a pause, he realized his tone, so he cooled down again, with his expression turning from an uplifted one, into a more basic one, cold...as his voice deeped and darkened, become more distance and more distant.

Continue.

Rebekah takes a breath, her mind enduring all the requests at once.

"Open fist would simply be a punch. With the physiology of the human structure, punching with a closed fist will protect your hand. The hand is made up of many delicate and fragile bones, believe it or not. Knuckles can also release a decent amount of injury/pain on to your opponent. However, punching with a closed fist denies the user to grab, which leads me to the open palm. If the opponent draws a weapon, attacking with a closed fist denies you the ability to grab, swat or slap the weapon away. Also, when punching with a closed fist, your actions are easily predictable. It will be a punch. However, if you begin with an open palm attack, your intentions are a lot less predictable. For instance, you could raise your hands and pretend to surrender, and then bounce into a palm strike as your hands are ready for attack. Also, the most biggest advantage in my opinion of a palm strike, is the amount of different angles you can come from and how lethal it can be. On to finger strikes, I believe that they are very useful for pressure points and jabbing the enemy in their weak spots or even an open wound. The eyes for example would be a very smart place to jab with a finger strike if needed. The human body is covered in nerves and an endless amount of essential veins and cells. So, finger strikes are very, very useful in terms of poking the endless amount of weak spots and bringing your enemy down to their knees. Especially when you move fast, you can hit multiple and leave your opponent literally paralyzed. As for claw grips, I do not know too much about, but I do know that a claw grip is very durable and sturdy. Digging your fingers into the opponent and gripping them can prove to some effect useful. You could attempt to claw grip pressure points or wounds as well. Moving on to the last technique, elbow hits. I think elbow hits can prove very useful. They're unpredictable and can appear as a surprise. Swinging your elbow and smashing it into the opponents face can do a grave amount of injury as the elbow is a very hard and sturdy bone. Unlike the knuckles, the pain is not reciprocated as much to the user. Elbow hits can be used as a combo too, for example, punching then driving into an elbow hit."

Rebekah's exotic blue eyes stare into her sensei's as she thinks of more to say but finds her mouth dry. With little left to say, Rebekah faces the training dummy and gets into the position they had previously talked about. She presses her fingers together into the formation of two fists and gets into stance.

She swings her left arm, sending a closed fist punch directly to the side of the dummies head. She then sends another quick punch right after with her opposite hand, which jabs into the dummies stomach. She then swiftly releases her fist and allows her palms to open, moving into her next attack naturally. Her open palm pushes forward, slamming into the dummies chin and shoving it upward, stretching it's neck out. A little bit of cotton is extracted from the dummies foundation. Completing one more palm strike, she sends a powerful slam into the dummies chest. Stopping for a mere second, Rebekah unsheathes her fingers, revealing two of them in which she drives directly into the dummies lower neck area, right above and between the two collar bones, a vital place to jab. She jabs there multiples of times with both hands and can feel her fingers begin to bleed from the wooden surface. She then goes lower and jabs near the diaphragm, where squishy organs would be. And then with little experience of the claw crip, she reaches forward and grips between the dummies throat and shoulder, a tender place to grab. She grips hard and lethally, sending an elbow strike with her other arm directly into the side of the dummies wooden head.

With a good amount of air left, Rebekah steps back and turns her head towards her sensei. She is honestly unsure of how she performed, but held confidence nonetheless.

Taking a step back, Kaneki was astonished. Her knowledge over the topic seemed to be blooming out of the nowhere. All were correct, all usages done in the right fashion and way. He could not believe that this individual was still an apprentice. Maybe... in a previous life, she would have been a great taijutsu master, and she is beginning to relive that legacy.

I am astonished. Your moves and explanations were utter perfection. And with these, you have learned a lot today, mainly.

(Sennen Goroshi) - 1000 Years Of Death
Rank:E
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:N/A
Damage Points:5(apply damage cost for kunai and explosives separately if either or both are used with this jutsu)

Chakra: 5
Damage: 10 (to self)
Description: "Dear Lord, I can't stand it anymore!" There are so many absurdities and absolutely preposterous happenings in the Ninja World every day and all the frustration and sighing must go somewhere. Thus, as a result, the user of this jutsu slaps his forehead with one hand (probably with dominant for more effect), resulting in something like a "wake-up" call. The quick, yet effective pain will allow much of the grievances to go away as blood would rush quickly to the affected area and the user would be forced to focus upon it, forgetting all of his worries for just a slight moment. Of course, this can happen in a fraction of a second, or a long facepalm can do as well. And on a more battle-related note, most fights cause much anxiety and stress because we often struggle for our lives on a daily basis, so this would help relieve such psychological impacts and clear the user's mind in combat in order to make improved rational decisions.

A faint blush sits upon Rebekah's chubby cheeks. Rebekah tilts her head away from her sensei and mutters a thank you. It only lasted a brief moment but a strange, happy feeling bubbled inside of Rebekah. Praise was something she had longed for but never retrieved from her family nor friends.

"Thank you, your words mean a lot as I am far from perfection."

However her cheeks retreated back to their normal paleness and Rebekah fell back into her little void of sassiness and seriousness. She takes a minute to ponder and comes to realize she has no questions. She gives her sensei a confident look which assures that she is ready to move on.
