ok daredevil, get out of here this is between me and Shino
Shino, this whip uses your fire chakra to uncoil and recoil. This can be used to preform fire techniques involving your hands and the ground. Right now, i want you to take this whip and uncoil it using your fire chakra, and use detail.

(Roripoppu Kakuhan) lollipop Whip

Description: lipop Whip was a regular whip at first with no special abilities attached to it. It was mainly used for herding cattle into groups on farms. It was passed down generation to generation until it got to a girl who decided to paint it yellow and orange colors like a lollipop and completely redesigned it. The whip was then redesigned to have a feature where in order to use it, the user must send their fire chakra into the whip, causing it to uncoil and add a flame around the whip itself. The handle of the whip is in the shape of a lollipop stick and how the user uncoils and opens the whip. When uncoiled, the whip would glow a red-orange color like a fire and would be used to hit the opponent, causing burns onto the opponent from the fire chakra on the whip. When the whip was recoiled, it resembled a big yellow-orange lollipop. The whip can use up to S Rank fire and can cancel out B rank wind and below. It can also help the user create Fire/Wind Combos. The whip cannot use any fire technique from the user's mouth, only the ones expelled from the ground and the user's hand.
Note:
-Canceling out a B-Rank Wind or using a fire technique with the whip counts as a move
-Must know fire techniques up to S rank
-When making combos, the whip itselfcannot perform anything other than fire technique
-Can only use fire techniques that involve the hand and ground
-Can only be used by Sindy

As sindy San throws the whip sokka catches it,he then begums to build up his raw chakra after building enough he quickly starts to change the raw chakra into katon chakra which he flows from his hand into the whip making it uncoil

Good, now what i want you to do is use a hand or ground fire technique to attack my clone over here and hit her as hard as you can. You have to send the fire chakra through the whip and then use the technique with the whip. Be as detailed as you can with this.
