With shintensin faster than BM Naruto

Does that make Ino pretty strong? This is provided that the translation is correct and I am interpreting this part correctly. But a shintensin quicker than BM Naruto would make her pretty damn good IMO. Plus it seems to make her shintensin stronger as she is able to hold Obito in it longer than the first time.
