I will say you are right. Bijuu and Sage
chakra are types of chakra but right now I'm
asking for the basics which are:
Pure chakra
Elemental chakra
Bijuu and Sage chakra can be classified under pure chakra though however special things are involved such like Sage chakra is the energy that is got from nature.
Bijuu chakra is also a type of Sage Chakra as
depicted in the ongoing manga though both are still not elemental, they stand equal
against elemental chakra because they are
advanced/doped pure chakra.
-Pure Chakra: Chakra needed to perform
normal ninjutsu, raw and freshly molded
chakra.
-Elemental Chakra: Chakra that is because of the transformation of pure chakra. This chakra gain extra and distinct properties

Fire in real life is a destructive force capable of burning down even the sturdiest of buildings. It can not be contained once it has grown large enough. The only thing capable of stopping a fire would be water. Fire release however is one of the basic five elemental chakra natures.It is performed by molding heated chakra inside of the stomach before releasing it via the lungs and mouth. This nature is strong against Fuuton because wind will make the fire burn stronger. However Katon is weak against Suiton because water extinguishes flames,though if the fire attack is strong enough it can evaporate even water.

Fire release is the creation, manipulation of fire using one's chakra. By undergoing nature transformation, our pure chakra undergoes some changes while taking the properties of fire which is heat. This is then an elemental chakra. After this, fire can be formed thus we are able to create actual fire using our chakra or rather manipulate an existing fire to do our bidding by infusing our chakra into it.

Raiton-can be used in conjunction with Lightning Release to augment the latter by using the former to alter weather conditions with a sufficiently powerful technique.
Fuuton-Katon can be used with Wind Release to increase the strength of a fire technique and even overcome the superior element of water.

Fire is weak to water because water contained no air for fire to survive thus quenching the fire.

Okay left start by building our chakra and using nature manipulation.

Hidan nods his head slightly before putting up a tiger handseal and closing his eyes."Hah!"He concentrates and strains as his chakra condenses in the center of his chakra network."Almost got it....." next,once he feels he has the right amount Hidan begins to disperse the chakra evenly across each of his 361 tenketsu and focus it to stay there."Alright..."

With sweat noticeably dropping down from his forehead Hidan continues to concentrate his chakra. He begins to channel that chakra slowly throughout his body starting with funneling it to his hands.Next he focuses it to go through his respiratory system into his lungs and through his mouth before channeling down to his legs and exerting it down onto the ground below.
