If i intercept a fuuton jutsu with the falling fire technique will that make the jutsu stronger?

If the wind is coming at you, No, it would make the fire weaker. It also depends on the rank, if its a c-rank wind, then the fire would be weakened to a d-rank fire. If its a b-rank wind, then the fire would be canceled.
If the wind is going away from you and you quickly add the fire then the fire would combine with the wind and become stonger. Although for fire/wind combo, it is always advisable to use fire first, then enhance it with wind since wind is faster than fire. If wind is used first, the fire that comes after might not be fast enough to catch up and combine with the wind. Hope that answers your question?

Throw forward a lighter or a match that has already been lit. Then focus your fire chakra into it and expand the fire into a wall of flame infront of you.

Hidan reaches into his pocket and pulls out a matchbox. He takes out one of the matches and sets it aflame before tossing it in front of himself and zeroing his chakra into the fire. He then expanded that chakra causing the flame to form a blazing wall of fire.

Now bring our two kunai that has translucent wires beneath them and hurl them past my clone so that he is trapped in the wires. then out the end of the wires which would be on your hands on your mouth in-between your teeth while you have the hands to weave signs then knead fire into you mouth and spew it along the wires and towards my clone. the wire would serve as a conductor and a medium fore transporting the fire towards my clone.

Hidan nods and reaches into his ninja tool pouch with his right hand and pulls out two kunai before wrapping very thin,almost invisible wiring beneath and out the end of both of them that he places in between his teeth and between his fingers. He then violently tosses the kunai right past the clone causing it to get tied up within the wires and pinned against a tree. Hidan smirks as he weaves the necessary handsigns and begins to knead fire chakra within his lungs that he then launches from his mouth along the wire that he had between his teeth using it as a conductor of sorts as it travels along the wire and blasts the clone causing it to poof.

You are right. Not only the hurricane fist though, another wind jutsu might just backfire or an earth jutsu will send shards of lava towards you and can harm you.

Now as we move to B-ranks, I need you to be more detailed than before. You can support it with several combos that it can be used.

Make seven handseals and knead chakra with yourself then convert it to fire chakra. Go ahead and spew the fire as a thin jet of flame at my clone.

Hidan begins by concentrating his right palm and altering that chakra into electricity before slamming his hand into the ground and discharging said electricty through out the earth,eventually zapping his sensei's clone,paralyzing it briefly. Hidan takes this window and swiftly performs seven handseals;Ram → Horse → Snake → Dragon → Rat → Ox → Tiger as he kneads fire chakra into his lungs. Superheating the flames as he pushes it throughout his throat and exhales it from his mouth in a incredibly fast jet of blazing fire that strikes the clone causing it to poof.

Now do that one more time, but this time, the flame need not be thin but its as good as intense as the first.

The silver haired shinobi sends a small portion of chakra into to the ground below his sensei's clone and manipulates,creating a small earthquake that causes the clone to nearly lose its balance. During this moment of confusion,Hidan repeats the process he did for the other flame technique but this time he heats the flames more and spits the flame in a much less condensed and controlled blast of fire that obliterates the clone.

Next, you focus your katon chakra into your hands and from your palms, release the fire in the shape of balls. The balls, as you throw it, acts like a bomb as they explode on impact with my clones.

Hidan reaches into his kunai holster and at the blink of an eye he throws them at the feet of the clones. These black daggers are revealed to have black smoke bombs attached to the metallic ring located at the end of the handle. These bombs burst into a cloud of smoke that obscures their vision as Hidan weaves the handseal sequence of Rat → Snake → Tiger before sending chakra into the ground and manipulating the terrain to trap the clones feet disabling their movement. The silver-haired rouge shinobi then focuses his chakra to both of his palms as he kneads it into fire nature. Once he felt like he had the right amount Hidan releases the fire from his hands in the shape of spheres that rushed through the cloud of smoke and towards the clones. These balls of fire explode like a bomb on contact with the clones,destroying them in the process.

Hidan quickly weaves two handseals; Ram → Snake before sending chakra into the sky above the clones and creates an opening , which a very sticky,adhesive mud type substance begins to drip down from. This mud covers he clones,trapping them. Hidan inhales and builds chakra into his lungs while simultaneously converting it into fire nature before firing a fireball similar to Fire Release: Great Fireball but smaller and more potent at the trapped clones,roasting them in the process causing them to poof into a cloud of smoke.

Now

you will knead chakra inti your lungs and spew out fire. The fire though is not actual fire but inform of superheated ash. Then click your teeth to ignite the ash and make it explode.

Hidan swiftly weaves two handseals; Ram → Tiger as he gathers up a large sum of suiton chakra into his throat before altering it into that of a sticky liquid-like substance. He spits the chakra infused syrup out at his sensei's clone's feet,submerging them as he channels chakra to his own feet to avoid getting caught himself. Right after this he performs the Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger combination of handseals as he kneads fire style chakra in his lungs while simultaneously heating it up. After this sequence he spews the fire style chakra out of his mouth but in the form of a superheated,chakra infused ash cloud that seems to swallow the clone. Once the cloud completely surrounds the clone,Hidan clicks his teeth resulting in a violent explosion destroying the clone.

You must be quite adept to spewing fire from your mouth. You'll do it one more time though as you spew it, you shape it into several dragon head shape.
