Okay so like, I'll just do both at once because yes
You must get your sword and while holding it up in front of yourself and spin it as quickly as you can until it is spinning as fast as a fan would (clockwise) while releasing some amounts of chakra into it, then stop its spinning with your other hand before grabbing it with both and releasing one last burst of wind chakra and making a wide tornado like blast come out of your sword. o .o

Description: The practitioner of the jutsu begins to spin their sword clockwise while concentrating wind chakra into it before stopping the blade. Releasing one last burst of chakra into it while holding the sword upside down in their hand, a widening tornado-like blast that only allows the opponent to see the silhouette of the user, which is fired forward toward the target.If no sword is available for the user, they can use their hand but need to make the Snake → Rat → Sheep hand seals.
Note:
- Can only be used three times per battle
- Can only be taught by Ouacus

Just like release your chakra into the water and use the chakra to make 2 water pillars rise then make them spinand make the pillars close in on each other pushing the opponent against them o;

Description: After concentrating their chakra into the water and doing the hand seals: Ram → Tiger → Boar, the user creates two columns of water that appear on either side of the opponent, and rotate around each other and forms a helix in which each column closes in after the other, pushing the opponent against the column which is closing in, which pushes back against the other and so on.
Notes:
- Water source is required
- Can only hit a single opponent
- Can only be use 3 times in a battle
- Can only be taught by Ouacus

Dean takes out his sword, and starts to spin it in a clockwise fashion by using his left hand to spin it whilst holding it in his right hand. As he does so, he concentrates his Wind based chakra into the sword until he suddenly stops it, whilst it is upside down. He then grabs onto the sword with his left hand too, which then releases a powerful blast of Wind in the form of a tornado.

By concentrating his chakra into a nearby Water source, Dean forms the Ram → Tiger → hand seals and manipulates the water to form two columns of Water. These two columns of water form on either side of the opponent and close in each other, pushing the opponent against the column, and then the next column, continuously.
