It allows us to be able to perform things not capable of a normal human such as, walking on the surface of water and tree climbing. These mundane types of techniques are usually second nature to even the most low trained of Shinobi. More complex examples of ninjutsu include manipulating different elements and healing the wounds of yourself and others. Adding onto the elemental usage, there are two types. One type is manipulating any one of the five elements while the other type includes combining any two of the elements together. There's also two methods involved in ninjutsu. The first is nature transformation, which I elaborated on earlier and the second is shape transformation which involves changing the shape and size of the technique."

Quite impressive. You already know a substantial amount about Ninjutsu, so let me further fortify your knowledge with my explanation of Ninjutsu and everything it entails. However, one thing you both failed to mention is that since Ninjutsu is a more primitive version of Elemental Ninjutsu, most techniques in this category are actually weak to all elemental ones. Few exceptions exist such as Rasengan, where the chakra is worked and molded with advanced shape manipulation, putting it on equal terms with elemental variants. Once you've read and understood the following, we will proceed.
Ninjutsu is the usage of chakra to perform various tasks which can't be performed otherwise. Its an extremely broad term and encompasses many things such as: weapon usage, medical uses, transformations and so on. Unlike Genjutsu, its effects manifest in reality and not solely in the illusonary. A notable user of Ninjutsu is the 2nd Tsuchikage due to his arsenal of highly regarded techniques. Through chakra manipulation alone, he could achieve flight through unknown means, turn his body completely invisible and "split" his chakra into two separate bodies. His splitting technique far surpassed conventional clone techniques as both halves of him are considered the "real" version of him, meaning they couldn't be dispersed.
Ninjutsu isn't solely based around chakra usage and performing complex techniques and maneuvers, but is also in reference to the skill set a ninja should possess. The term "Ninjutsu" literally means ninja skills, leading me to believe its actually a more abstract concept to what we first perceive. A ninja should be a keen analyzer of situations, capable of conjuring up plans, tactics and counters, both in the heat of a battle and in preparation for one. They must make proficient use of the various ninja tools at their disposal, using all of the utensils they possess to the fullest. Awareness is another very important skill a ninja should possess. Paying close attention to detail, making logical inferences about your opponent, gradually deciphering your opponent's fighting style, noticing minute disturbances in your surroundings and remaining vigilant at all times is required if a ninja is to survive. Often a lack of awareness leaves you prone to assassinations, being struck by invisible attacks or worse still, making you unable to realize nor release an illusionary technique.
Even with the astounding abilities a ninja can come to acquire, he/she should never overlook or forget these fundamental rules. It could very well result in their downfall.

Right now, we'll begin on weapons usage in a battle. Tell me about all of the ninja tools you know of, describe them thoroughly and how they can be used in battle.
Upon their sensei finishing, 18 grabs the pouch of ninja tool and via a merged hand through 17's stomach drops them on the ground. All of the weapons that were inside the pouch now lay sprawled in the dirt. 17 then kneels down beside them and picks up a small steel dagger with his finger in the small hole at the end of the handle before beginning to spin it."This right here, is a kunai knife. It's mostly designed for stabbing and slashing and things of that nature but another purpose widely used is to attach a paper bomb to the handle. This along with trying imbeding elemental chakra into the blade, enhances the versatility and destructive power of the weapon greatly." 17 stabs the blade into the dirt with the end of his explanation of that specific weapon. With that, 18 demerged from her brother's body and kneeled beside him, picking up two shuriken in her fingers,"These are shuriken, Along with kunai they are one of the most common ninja tools used by Shinobi. Even though they're small they can be used to either distract or contain the enemy or if used in the hands of a skilled Shinobi." After his sister had finished her statement 17 picked up three very thin metallic needles that he holds in between his knuckles,"These things are senbon. Despite having little to no killing power if used in the hands of a common Shinobi they are actually rather useful because their size and shape make them difficult to notice and thus counter against. If laced with poison, these scrawny needles can end up being someone's nightmare." 18 places the shuriken back onto the pile of ninja tools before sifting through it and pulling out a tag with written kanji on it,"This is a paper bomb. They're used by either wrapping them onto another weapon or attached to a surface. They work by exploding either with contact or by the will of the user." With this 17 places the senbon back into the pile and replaces them with two small spheres, one of which having the character for light inscribed on it as the younger twin begins to speak, "These are a smoke bomb and a flash bomb respectively. They're generally used the same way in that they both serve to blind or distract the opponent to leave them open for attack. Alternatively, the smoke bomb can hold various different gas like substances ranging from sleep powder to poison." 17 smirks and drops the spheres onto the pile,"How was that, Kakuzu?" He says with a raised eyebrow

Decent display but still pretty minimal. You failed to touch on the relevance of speed of projectiles. Shuriken are faster than kunai and senbon are faster shuriken. People seem to underestimate or ignore projectile speed especially when it comes t to arrows. Using long-winded/slow techniques to stop fast-moving projectiles isn't something you should do. Flash bombs generally blind the opponent for one turn. Paper bombs don't explode on contact, only via the will of the user (and through the use of a single handseal). Canisters of poison and such require special fields like Medical Ninjutsu.
Angle and direction of Ninja tools
These are the realistic aspects of the RP. We will be covering one at a time starting with Angle. These are some of the things you need to keep in mind when fighting in a battle.
Angle is a very important part when battling and if used right it can give you the upper hand over your opponent. It's very important to understand the angles in a battle. This is mainly used with ninja tools (shuriken, kunai and other projectiles) but you can also use this with certain techniques that are launched at your opponent. Just by stating the angle you can confuse your opponent.
For example:Ninja 1 and Ninja 2 are fighting. N1 throws 2 kunai at N2, one at the angle of 25 and the other on 55. The lower the angle,the faster the projectile. Most new people would say:"I intercept the kunai with one of my own, blocking them both." If you use angles, this is where you can score.

If N1 threw the kunai at an angle of 25 first your opponent would probably be defending from that one first thus he would fail to notice the other one. If he blocks the first one then the second one would hit him unless he kept his focus. Thus with one blow you can cause fatal injuries. (Credits to Cobalt)
Another neat trick I picked up is the efficient use of a flash bomb. By hiding a flash bomb in your sleeve/hand and dropping it onto the ground behind your position, you'll slyly blind your opponent without blinding yourself giving you the upper hand. Now, this is a nice tactic, however spamming it or over-using it will make you look unskillful and reliant on the upper hand it gives you. Use it sparsely.

I will either explain the jutsu and/or give tips about it leaving you to then either perform the jutsu, complete the template below, or analyze the jutsu. I want you to try out my method by doing one of the above three actions on the last jutsu taught to you. One on the last jutsu taught.

Nice, now try one method on one jutsu until you've used all methods.
Utilizing those big shuriken used by Sasuke in the Zabuza arc, the user will throw two of these weapons at once, the second disguised in the shadow of the first, creating a sort of sneak attack against foes as you strike from above and below.
A move that allows the user to paralyze an animal in battle, affects animal summons as well, allowing the user to attack or escape while maintaining focus of the technique, thus prolonging the paralysis. This can be broken by an outside means, like attacking the user of the move, or through brute force like that of boss summons or generally big summon. In techs like this the user cannot mold chakra for other techs while focusing.
Another focusing tech like the last that restricts the user from molding other techs while in use. This technique is an exertion of the user's full intent to kill their target, a showcase of their power level so to speak, that leads to the opponent messing up in battle or even paralyzation depending on the difference in rank of the user and target(s) as well as the situation when used. It can be broken through pain, mind cleansing techs, or with a killing intent of their own.
